Jul 29, 2009 - The hotel staff weren't aware of our reservation at all. When we arrived in Vienna late in the evening, there was no one waiting for us and we had to wake up the personal. Luckily they had one room free for us to sleep, so we didn't have to sleep in the street that night. There must have been an error in the hotels central booking system, while our booking didn't reach the hotel.

Sep 29, 2008 - Great place! Near the bus station and close to the city center, the staff is nice and helpfull. I stayed there for 3 nights. I will recommend it to all my friends. Great for families too. Great breakfast.

The room I stayed is clean, wide, and it seems that was recently furnished.
The parking lot is indoor, about 5-10 min walking and costs 12 eur a night.
The hotel is quite well located although it's 20 min walking from the city center.
Jun 03, 2008 - I am a Chinese girl travel to viena myself. This hotel is definitely a good hotel. The place is good ,near university viene, easily to the attactive place. The room is clean, the towels are new and soft. The host is in good manner. Breadfast is quite good,and even can carry some for the lunch. The lady is so kind. I will definitely book the same hotel if I go to viene again and I recommend others to that hotel too.
Dec 27, 2007 - I booked a room with 3 beds for 2 nights.The price for a room of 1,2,or 3 beds is too good to belive it.The position of the hotel is perfect and very easy to get to it.With a map you can find it very quick.The position is perfect,a tram staion(urban railway) is right in front of it.The cleanliness is perfect.The view of my room was in a back yard,small one,but quiet.The fun factor it does not matter for me.I went to see Wien,not to spend it in the hotel.Personality...hm..it is good,everyone got the same service,the race or age did not matter there.The staff was always glad to answer to our questions,about directions,what to visit,how to get there.We got a map and in an hour we knew how to visit Wien.Still I got to say it again,the position is perfect from my point of view,a simple walk takes you to the center of Wien,to the Ring and let us not forget the prices for a room is good to anyone.I will for shure book again a room here.I loved it,
