Dec 02, 2009 - I have to give the wrost score to this hostel. There are things that is too incredible. First, there is a guy from canada, and he did sex harassment to me, and the reception did not kick him out but let him stay. And things happends again and again, there was a girl from mexico, also sexual harassed by him and she told the reception, and the reception did nothing but let him stay!!There are 3 cases that happended. And the reception just let him stay. Also there was a guy from street, came to our room and stay for couple of days and no body from the reception knew. The security is highly doubt in this hostel.And the hostel did nothing about sex harassment!!! I was so angry about that! And the guy, he took a girl to his bed last night and had a sex with the girl, the girl was so drunk!He tried to get every girls to his bed!!!!So be careful, because he is going to stay in the hostel for long time!He was 31 old and a music player on street. Also, the internet did not work and the oven is broken,everyone had to cook their food with microwave. It is cheap, but it is the dangerousest hostel I've ever met.

Oct 13, 2009 - had to mop the floors on the first day because something was wrong with the the drain in the shower. It was kinda funny. I really like the place. Cute location, nice balconies overlooking La Rambla de Catalunya
Oct 09, 2009 - basic hostel,basic breakfast,pay attention to your credit card...i had problems,well located,near metro anda ramblas,to eat near sagrada familia, and to the bodeguita at the right of the hostel in the corner
Oct 05, 2009 - i hated it! staff was very annoying. i reserved a room from the hostelsclub web site with double bed and wc inside but when i arrived they said they didn't have such a room available and gave me a room with a bunk bed and without wc! everything was self service, even making the bed, there were no sheets and i had to do the bed myself. Also at breakfast, everything is on a middle table, and you have to wash your things after eating! so tell me what the staff is for?? the worst thing was, on friday and saturday night both they played extremely loud music till 24.00 and shoutings, screamings, loughings till 24.30! I also love to party but at a club, this is what clubs are for NOT the hostels!!
I also have to say that besides all of these, Rambla Catalunya is not a good area to stay, it is very nice during day and safe but La Rambla or Seaside Area close to Barceloneta would be more fun and close to bars, restaurants, clubs.
Sep 29, 2009 - Our roommates sucked. Other than that the hostel was ok. It was a farther walk than we thought, and it's real name is Hostel Windsor (not Rambla & Catalunya). It was clean, but you might consider brining your own pillow cases. They gave us ones like you'd get on an overnight airplane... hah. And bring your own towel. The breakfast isn't really a breakfast at all, but it's free--the beds are a little squeaky, and the rooms don't have air-conditioning or ventilation. Definitely not the best hostel I've stayed in, and I don't know if I'd recommend it to anyone who asked.
