I thing the bar is cool but the snooker should be free.
The wifi should be free too ...
The staff is really cool.
The kitchen is not really usable because there is not enough dishes.

Apr 20, 2009 - It's a nice hostel, quite close from the Branderburger Tor and Kreuzberg. The breakfast was very good for the price you have to pay. The 6-girls-room was big and lighty, and they clean every day.

Jan 08, 2009 - The cleaning was not perfect, but the friendship of the staff and the very good position led us to stay fine for our three days journy.....they sad they have places to enjoy the time: yes they have but the bar was always closed and there was no possibility to use the space best they promiced! something to consider, even if in berlin you are out the most......

Jul 29, 2008 - While I did not stay long I found the hostel very clean. Staff were pleasant enough. The location was suitable for my stay. I cannot really comment on how fun the hostel was as I spent very little time in it when not sleeping. I would not hesitate in staying at a Meininger Hostel again.
