clean! room cleaned every day. Good location to the metro station 5 minutes to downtown (the Louvre) 30 minute walk. Nearby are 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries and a small market and a lot of cozy cafes. Friendly staff. I really liked this place!
Of minus-rooms and corridors are very small.

Nov 02, 2009 - Very nice staff! Great location near Oberkampf Station. Comfortably beds. The only problem was that the room smelled alot of mould. But for that sheep price it was worth it.
Oct 11, 2009 - The best selling factor is the room price with its good location near metro. The hotel staff is friendly and helpfull. However, the cleanliness is questionable as I found hair on the blanket and bed(same encounter in my previous stay). The hotel without lift is extremely inconvenient as i was given a room on the top floor (5th level). With circular stairs and heavy buggage, i need 10 min break each and every time i climb up the stairs. Try your lucky...if you are given top floor room, your only consolation is the nice view over the neighbourhood...

Oct 06, 2009 - This hotel is a basic simple place. It is clean. It is safe. It is in an excellent position in the middle of Paris. It is value for money. Its location is a bit noisy but then again it is in a neighbourhood that is full of reasonably priced shops because locals live there. If you understand value for money and you are not looking for the Ritz for 30+ Euros this could be the place to stay.

Sep 30, 2009 - Nice clean hotel, staff very polite and responsive to our needs and demands, extremly good position,nera metro Parmentier, good price, we received more than we expected. Strongly recommended. We will got there again.
Sep 16, 2009 - The hotel may look shabby on the outside but is very clean on the inside and has lots of personality! The staff is very helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable.
