Nov 25, 2009 - We where shocked. Everything was so old and wear out, walls where thin..
BUT - location was excellent, near the Plaza Catalunia. And it was cheap, so we could spend our money on something else..
I recomend this place for young traveller's groups or friends groups, but if there are only a couple of You - better take some hotel instead..
Nov 25, 2009 - Breakfest was very very poor, luggage room costs 3E per person. Anyway the position is quite good, except noisy road next to your windows. Hostel is rather clean and if you are not in main building its also safe. Free wifi

We has stay in this hostel, entre 13-16 november 2009, the staff is very kind, the position is ok, close the Placa Catalunya, Las Ramblas y Passeig de Gracias ( The Guedi Houses)a 10 min by walk. But the rooms are very unhospitable,desagreable, don't are restorations.The bathrooms is ok, but, dont'have the warm water all the day.
The brackfast is ok for this price.

Aug 31, 2009 - hi everybody the place is nice and second building is better i think, it's a nice place for who don't need too much comfort and services. is not the queen's castle but anybody can spend his holiday there.....i suppose!!!!!!

Jul 14, 2009 - The hostel had a good location (5-10min walk to the main street of la rambla) and was clean, however I found a some of the staff a little clueless and if you're unable to brave the Barcelona heat, perhaps search for somewhere with a/c.
Jun 12, 2009 - I had a really good time in the hostel. The room was clean, the showers and the washrooms were clean as well. In the kitchen you have everything for cooking by your own. The only thing was that someone stole our pizza from the fridge. The hostel is 7 minutes from the Rambla, in a perfect position. The underground is located 5 minutes from the hostel, and you can reach whatever you want. We were all really satisfied.
May 15, 2009 - Position, Cleanliness and the hostel itself is great! And...if you like freaky rude people - the staff is great too. The hostel is very noisy - not only because of the great location - but also because of the walls, that are made of paper and the doors that are wining.
NOT hot water at all times as promised!
The "Continental breakfast" is...ehm...NOT continental at all.
