Nov 04, 2009 - Une adresse pas trop chère pour résider de manière indépendante sur Venise; la cuisine permet de réduire largement le budget nourriture et on croise peu le personnel se qui donne l'impression d'être chez soi. Situé dans la pointe du Cannaregio, ça fait un peu de marche pour rejoindre le "centre" de Venise mais ce n 'est pas génant. Maintenant les aspects un peu moins sympa : il se s'agit pas d'un lit deux places, mais de deux lits une place qui ont tendance à s'éloigner bien qu"ils soient collés; peu de couverture alors que l'isolation des fenêtres n'est pas terrible, donc le chauffage s'évapore en grande partie, il faut aussi comprendre le fonctionnement du chauffaud pour prendre une douche chaude. Personnel gentil (nous ont offert une bouteille de vin), vue sur la mer.

You must mention in list that there are 2 rooms and a kitchen available. Makes planning easier. Perfect place for do-it-yourself travelers.
Oct 30, 2009 - It was a fantastic location, waking up with the sea in front of you, and the stillness in the neighbourhood. We were glad that the staff agreed on a later check in time, although that needed some discussion. Further we think it's a good idea to mention the adress a little bit clearer on the site and the following email. The beds were good! And the facilities were fine too, a funny teapot with a sound that matches the surroundings!!
Oct 19, 2009 - We was the second time here.The first time we was there with two adult and one child. Was no problem to have our child in one sleeping-room. The area is very quiet. Directly in front of the house its possible to sit outside with an nice view on the lagune. 2 minutes fare away from the hostel is the vaporetto-station "tre archi".We like this place very much and we will come next time again there.

L'odeur de moisi est malheureusement toujours présente.
On entend la télé du voisin, tôt le matin et tard le soir et les bateaux vont vibrer les vitres. Pour le prix (à Venise) c'est assez bien mais pas intime pour des couples.
Oct 16, 2009 - Limpio, a 10/15 minutos de la estación de Santa Lucía, y con buenas vistas a la laguna. Más que un hostal es un piso con 2 habitaciones. Cuando llegas a Venecia llamas y una chica va, te da las llaves, te enseña la casa y tu habitación, le pagas y se va. Con cocina y un buen baño. Ah, las indicaciones que te mandan al email para llegar no son muy buenas, asíque intentad mirarlo en Google maps o algo así.
Oct 13, 2009 - La propietaria es muy simpatica, te ayuda en cualquier cosa, esta a media hora del centro, el vaporeto esta a 5 minutos. Venecia es preciosa.

Jul 04, 2009 - The position of the apartment is little far away to the train station, although it is not difficult to find out. The view outside the apartment is perfect sea view. The price is also reasonable. The security of the apartment is also acceptable.
