Nov 09, 2009 - Stanze carine, molto vicino alla stazione traghetti provenienti da Fusina e di conseguenza molto comodo per chi viene in macchina e la lascia nel parcheggio.

Aug 18, 2009 - We stayed in a 3 people private bedroom with bathroom and was good. The sheets in the beds were clean, but we could find some hairs in the blankets (pretty disgusting). The mattresses were very good too. The location of the hostel is a bit far away from the Piazzale Roma (where the buses and taxis come from airport) but still close to some attractions, and you will have waterbus every 10 minutes.
The only problem I found was the doors in the room were really noisy. Venice can be pretty expensive, especially for food, but if you cross the "Accademia bridge", you'll find a nice/cheap snack bar with a good service!
I recommend this hostel!
Jul 19, 2009 - Leuk, schoon, net hotelletje. Service en (redelijk) ontbijt aan de overkant in groter en luxer hotel Belle Air. Prachtige, rustige locatie vlakbij busboothaltes en Accademia.
Jul 14, 2009 - Es una pensión viejilla que queda enfrente del hotel Belle Arti (el hotel que lleva el Domus Cavanis).
El edificio necesita reforma, pero teniendo en cuenta que la gran mayoria de los edificios de Venecia la necesitan, no es para tanto.
La habitación muy tranquila y bastante limpia, las camas bastante cómodas (un detalle de la de la limpieza que nos dejó un par de almohadas más después de ver que usamos los cojines del sofá para que la almohada quedara más gorda jeje.
El baño pequeño pero bien (en nuestro caso nada de eso de que tienes que entrar agachado o de lado ni nada) cabiamos 2 personas tranquilamente.
Eso sí, llevar adaptador de enchufe porque al menos a mi no me valian los aparatos de aqui sin el adaptador.
El desayuno muy muy simple, sólo estuvimos 2 noches pero sirvieron lo mismo asi que imagino que será siempre igual. El precio bueno, para lo que es me parece caro, pero es que los italianos exageran la calidad de todas las cosas asi que...
La situación muy buena, el puente de all'academia al lado, cruzandolo la piazza san marco queda a 5 minutos paseando tranquilo, y para ir a la estación o a rialto paran 2 lineas de vaporetto que te dejan en aprox. 10 minutos donde quieras.
Bastante contenta con la reserva que hicimos en general.
Y Venecia merece la pena para ir y perderse y callejear.

May 28, 2009 - Very small but colorful and clean room, with the amenities of Albergo Belle Arti across the way, breakfast, beautiful courtyard and relaxing veranda -- enjoyed our stay immensely.
Apr 30, 2009 - Paradiso! Close to Zatterre taxi station and beautiful bridge and extra restaurant near it! Nice garden sn dofas before hotel's entrance, red caret :-) very, vert queit localisation at night! Primo!!!!
Apr 27, 2009 - Problemi già eidenziati, ma non provveduto a sistemare. Letto matrimoniale con materassi separati. Male per una coppia in quasi luna di miele. Sciacquone rotto.
Per il resto tutto bene, buona prima colazione. Posto tranquillo. Posizione perfetta.
Alla sig.ra (con occhiali) dell'Hotel Belle Arti , sorrida un po di più, non sarebbe male......
