I've made my booking for a single room with a attached bathroom one month prior to my arrival time, and by incident, the hostel management ran out of any single room due to, according to the staff, a customer decided to stay for an extra day without prior notice, so they decided to give me a bigger room anyway. And I give them credit for that.
