Sep 30, 2009 - I booked this hostel nearly two month before for our trip and mentioned during reservation the checkin or reaching time is 10PM (night),
But, when we reached the hostel at the time (saturday night) there is no one, even we could not able to get inside the apartment,
since I am from spain, my mobile (Happy mobile) was not working in florence,
Near the hostel there is no phone booth or any hotels, I went to railway station and made a call (15 Min walk in the lonely street), assume my wife and child was waiting near hostel with luggages in the lonely street. Owner said that our booked room was given to somebody. So no use to book the hostel 2 months before? After sometime one lady came and arranged some other place which is located nearly 1 Km from the booked place. It was temporary arrangement.
(we are family (couple with 4 year old child)
lesson learned: thing before booking hostels.
Aug 21, 2009 - It's a cheap but a very unpleasant hostel to stay. The owner is rude, the women who let's you in only speaks italian. The beds aren't clean, there are hair in the sheets. There's is no reception who can help you. The bathrooms are tiny and got a bad smell. The fridge doesn't work. And when you want te leave when you already paid, you can't get your money back. So don't go to this hostel even you don't have much money to spend. Trust me!

i've never meet like the person.
and toilet was too dirty!!!!mamma mia!!
moreover there is so many mosquito and too hot. i don't want go again...
Jul 29, 2009 - The towels and sheets were very dirty. The room was full with bloodsucking bugs. These bugs even travel with you when you leave the place. We still have more than a hundred bitemarks, even though it has been 10 days since we left there.
Also, you have to go out of your room to enter your private bathroom which is very very small.
We don't recommend to anyone to stay there.
Jul 25, 2009 - No internet, was kept waiting when arrived at the front door to check in. Very unprofessional!!!!!! I only had to suffer 1 night thank god.. There isnt even a reception and their till is a plastic bag. Didnt even recognise my booking on the piece of paper they use as a computer???? STAY AWAY!!!!!

Jun 22, 2009 - This is a great hostel. It is quiet, just the perfect place after a long tiring day out. Each room has its own TV and fridge! what could be better?
Jun 20, 2009 - bathroom 1 was disgusting, dirty and mouldy, my idea of cleaning is not just to make the beds. dont think sheets were changed when people checked out. wont be going back or reccommending to anyone
May 30, 2009 - It was a great choise, close by the railway station, really good value for money, the staff were helpfull, but they could do better on cleanliness on the bathroom. I would go back
