Sep 18, 2009 - Pretty cosy rooms, nice bathroom, very friendly staff, which helped us with luggage. Very nice place, the street is slightly noisy up to evening. The only problem might be small beds, but they have also bigger in some rooms. In our case they changed the rooms and we were very satisfied thith the whole 4 days stay. Narrow stairs, 2nd floor - problem when you have heavy baggage.

Aug 22, 2009 - Muy buena ubicación (cerca de la estación de trenes y del centro). Habitación amplia, limpia, cómoda, pero con un ventilador muy muy pequeño! Mucho calor ( en verano obviamente) y algunos mosquitos a la noche.
Si bien hay que hacer el che-in en otro hotel (Armonia) no implica un problema porque es en la misma cuadra y la gente de recepción es muy servicial.

Jul 28, 2009 - Nosotros reservamos en el Nella, sin embargo, al ir a hacer el check-in hay que ir al hotel Armonia, y fue ahí donde nos dieron la habitación, ya que el Nella tiene sólo habitaciones matrimoniales. Es un sitio muy agradable y recomendable. Muy limpio y centrico, ya que la estación y Santa Maria Novella están al lado, y al resto de lugares turísticos se puede ir andando sin problemas. Además el staff es muy agradable, diespuesto a solucion ar cualquier duda.

Jul 01, 2009 - Lo mejor de todo es la perfecta ubicación en Florencia, está cerca de la estación de tren por lo que te permite programar diferentes excursiones a otras zonas de Italia y aprovechar el viaje para ver otras ciudades
