Apr 02, 2009 - Very nice hotel. It is affordable for students and younger persons. The stuff is friendly and the breakfast is very big in comparison to other hostels.
The hotel is a bit noisy but okay when you have a deep sleep. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Good location-close the station and shopping street, market...
So it was a really pleasent stay, the only little thing there was only italien tv (bad luck if you want to watch news:)

1. Hotel surroundings – let’s say average for Naples
2. Hotel interior – very nicely decorated, I would call it Boutique Hotel. It really made impression on us.
3. Security
3.1. We felt 100% secure inside hotel. (Note: 24-Hour Front Desk)
3.2. We found small Safe Box in our room.
3.3. During the night, we did not hear any criminal activity around hotel
4. Smoking
4.1. Non-Smoking rooms
4.2. Smoking area is arranged at the hotel entry
4.3. After dark smoking is permitted at lounge. (No significant cigarette smell)
5. Room
5.1. Our room was big and with bathroom
5.2. There was air condition in the room but we did not used it (the temperature was just right)
5.3. The window was soundproofed and effectively cut off the street noise from Corso Umberto
5.4. There was TV set, telephone and small fridge in the room
5.5. The coffee making facilities were not available but having breakfast included and Bar available we did not miss them.
5.6. Bathroom
5.6.1. Big bathroom with bidet and shower, no bathtub
5.6.2. Hairdryer mounted beside big mirror
5.6.3. Good light at the top of mirror
5.6.4. Unfortunately the shower might be too small for bigger person (I guess it is the standard size in Italy)
6. Breakfast
6.1. Breakfast was included in the room price
6.2. Served from 8:00 in nicely arranged room
6.3. Nice breakfast with hot rolls and pastries plus big cup of coffee
7. Staff
7.1. The staff was extremely nice and friendly
7.2. We did not have problem to communicate in English about accommodation related issues

Aug 15, 2008 - ２Ｆの奥まった部屋に宿泊しましたが、クーラーの室外機の音が煩かったです。隣の部屋の宿泊者が深夜まで大きな音量でＴＶをつけていて、その音もかなり聞こえました。
掃除やタオル交換は毎日してくれて、部屋は清潔さが保たれていると感じました。Ｒ２などの循環バスが停まるバス停は目の前、中央駅からも近くロケーションは良いと思います。英語が通じるスタッフも２名ほどいましたが、イタリア語しか通じないおじいちゃんが偶にフロントを担当しています。

the price is not very high and the condition, especially the cleaness is very good. we are spending two days in Naples and we like it very much.
May 15, 2008 - Near located to the rail station, clean, nice. One of the best and affable portiers I've ever seen.
