Aug 29, 2009 - A very good place for the price. The room has a VERY steep stairway to reach it, but it is comfortable and air conditioned. Also, the location is close to most everything. The breakfast was just make it yourself, cereal, yogurt and tea, but we prefered going out anyway.
Mar 13, 2009 - Eine sehr gut gelegene, einfache Unterkunft. Absolut sauber (tägliche Reinigung)und empfehlenswert, wenn man Venedig auf seine natürliche Weise kennen lernen will. Genau das richtige für Menschen die B&B vor der Hotelunterkunft vorziehen.

May 02, 2007 - Great position, all important sites are near, though enough apart from San Marco area to enjoy mingling with the locals and having a peacefull sleep time. A coffee on San Polo square was like having a chat with a your friend in your local cafe. The nearby tratorias and ostarias are good value for money in San Polo sestiere (part of the city), especially if the Menu is written only in Italian.
The accommodation in the family room (called Primavera) was nice and cosy, not lacking the Venetian atmosphere of a three star hotel! I warmly recommand it.
