I have booked with the Hostel Amadeus Berlin - 21.06.09 to 20.07.2009 and on 14.07 i have known that my suitcase had been take out the room for somebody who working at the Hostel. I had my particular things puted inside some plastics and piled up with some another people who was too at the same room.
All this because a new group of 6 people had arrived and liked to stayied on the same room.
I wasn't advised for the reception, nobody ask me to change the room or to take my things, they only took my things whitout any permition. (Slips, gifts, food and so on) mixed inside of the plastics)
Its the first time in my travels it happens and i never more will come to this hostel again.
Jul 04, 2009 - Horrivel a forma como tratam os ospedes, vi pessoas reclamando todos os dia, anunciam pagamento com cartao, quartos com somente 8 pessoas e na hora que os hospedes chegam sao colocados em dormitorios com 12 pessoas. As mesas em todo albergue nao estao a disposicao, nao se pode comer, beber ou mesmo permanecer com qualquer tipo de comida e bebida no estabelecimento. Nao permitem nem o uso das mesas externas para uso com alimentos e bebidas.
Pior atendimento que ja tive na rede Hostel. Sao antipaticos e tratam muito mal os Hospedes.
