Oct 01, 2009 - Position is great, close to everything but service is very poor,all is so cheap possible and facilitys are spartans. Could be much better!
Sep 29, 2009 - I loved every bit of it! Perfect for a bunch of nights in Venice. The staff is only interested in offering what's best for you, truly great supporters. Intimate, yet easy to reach, it's close to Piazza San Marco and to the Canale. Excellent!
Sep 29, 2009 - The room was at ground floor so it's a little bit humid(you're in Venice!) and in the morning you can hear the people (not too much) walking like they were in your room. The reception is not at the same address of the room (but it's very near) and is at the second floor without elevator, so if you have problems with stairs don't book this room.

Sep 15, 2009 - Nice appartment with 2 bedrooms and a little kitchen. Great position -> 10-15 min away from St.Marco.
Nice place for a family or 4-5 people to stay.
Aug 12, 2009 - this was a private room/apartment. the asset for us was that it had a kitchen and we could prepare meals in the room. also, it had air conditioning which was a big plus at the end of july.
the room could have been cleaner and it didn't seem that they cleaned during the week we stayed. but after having stayed in several hostels, this was very clean compared to most!
location is on a quiet street but close to piazza san marco.
i'd stay again.
Aug 11, 2009 - Perfect location with a nice big room for a family (we are 5 - 3 kids ages 9 to 13). Even had a kitchen, 10 minute walk to St Marco square, nice a quiet for sleeping. Some mosquitos so would recommend insect repellent since to hot to sleep with windows closed and no screens (as throughout Europe)

Jul 20, 2009 - Very basic shared room (youth hostel like) however extremely well located! Only 5min away from plazza San Marco and in a quiet street.
Jun 30, 2009 - It was a nice place,real close to San marco,wich is very comfortable.
One minor is that there were no towels even do we asked.
