Aug 18, 2009 - I was supposed to stay in Mary´s Hotel for 5 nights, but an incident happened at the first day, so I prefered to leave to another hotel. I spent the day out and when I came back, my room had been opened, my luggage broken and most of my valuable stuff stolen: my money, my jewelry, Ipod, cell phone and clothes. The camera of the hotel was broken so we could not find out who stole everything. Besides, the recepcionist, which is VERY RUDE, said he could not be responsible for our things!!!!! NEVER STAY AT MARY´S HOTEL! IT´S NOT REALIABLE AT ALL!!!!!! ATTENTION PLEASE!

Jul 28, 2009 - The rooms are a bit claustrophobic. The maid cleans them everyday, but some things (bed covers, curtains) have not been washed for ages. The metro station is very close and there are brasseries around, so the location is very nice.
Jul 27, 2009 - Great location but thats about it. The staff didn't speak english. Not helpful at all on city sights and the like. My bed sheets and pillows were filthy dirty upon arrival. Would not reccommend.

Jul 25, 2009 - This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms were so small that you could not put your bags anywhere, bathroom was tiny you had to open the door to wipe yourself after having a shwr and the noise was horrendous. Did not sleep a wink. We booked the hotel for 3 nights and had to leave after 2. We could not get out of there quick enough.

Jul 01, 2009 - I had booked a quadriple room in June 2009 for my family consisting of my wife and 2 kids ages 15yrs and 7 years. On arriving we were told that there was a mistake and we could not be accomodated in a quadriple room but in two separate rooms. We were shown 2 rooms, one on the attic (6th flr) and the other on the third floor which was most inconvenient. But having reached Paris late evening we had no choice but to accept. to pacify us, we were told that breakfast would be free for us which inany case was nothing very great.There rooms were very small. The bathroom of one of the rooms had a door that would not close, there was no place to hand clothes or towels. The shower would not work properly. The room too did not have a closet, shelf or even pegs to put out clothes. From the day we checked in, the lights in one of the room was not functioning it was not rectified till we left. But the hote; was well located. lots of reasonable priced eateries just around also a laundromat down the road. Oberkampf metro station was not even 50 mtrs from the hotel which was extremely convenient. Ideal for small budget tourists and students.

Jun 24, 2009 - I thought Mary's Hotel was excellent value for money. The rooms were comfortable and clean, staff very helpful and patient. The location was perfect for our school group, in a quiet street, right next to Oberkampf metro and relatively close to the Marais, Beaubourg and Ile de la Cite.
