Nov 25, 2009 - The hotel wasn't clean and the toilet in the room didn't work. The heating worked only for one night and the staff wasn't nice. The persons couldn't say "Good morning" at breakfast time.
Sep 18, 2009 - I had a very good time in Chelsea House Hotel. They offer a good breakfast in the morning and the rooms were neat and clean. The service was excellent!

Jul 17, 2009 - Location is great, staff friendly and helpful. Very clean for two stars and London! Wlan available! Missed bedside lamps and orange marmalade. When we come to London again, we`ll stay there again. Are all the other rooms as good as ours was ?(L3) We really enjoyed our stay there

Mar 10, 2009 - This is a fantastic hotel close to earls court station, rooms are nice and CLEAN, bathrooms are as well. The staff is friendly and the brekfast ok. Good prices. The only bad note is the noise at night.

Only thing i wish is that the doors are more safely locked, as at night the hotel is opened for nearly everyone.
But anyway, it was a good experience...and gr8 value for money...i'll come back soon for sure! :))
Jun 21, 2008 - The toilets are very clean, as well the room and the common areas. The staff are friendly, but the night guy is bad humor.
May 06, 2008 - very good location near the city centre and the closest underground station. Rooms were clean and we got new towels every days. Staff was a little bit unfriendly.
