Oct 21, 2009 - A little to far from Venice. Last direct bus - 22:30. But clean, nice, OK.
Sep 21, 2009 - Its a camp site - about 7 minutes east from Marco Polo airport. And its about 30 minutes away from Venice by public transport. Catch bus number 15 to the airport and then bus number 5 to venice. Not too much of a hassle and its cheaper than using their shuttle bus which comes around every hour and costs 4euro return per person. Can be a little problematic, with delays, if traffic is heavy.
In general its an okay place - the pizza there is excellent! Good value for money we reckon. The bar staff need to work on their manners.
Sep 20, 2009 - It's a great place to stay if you are on lower budget. It's about 20minutes situated from Venice but there are shuttle buses going every hour from the camp for 4euros return, which is handy. The staff is very nice. There is a wee shop in the camp where you can buy some food or there is also bar/restaurant and also swimming pool so the facilities in the camp are great.
Aug 31, 2009 - Some of the campers they enjoyed themselves till 3am, it's a bit noisy to get to sleep!
It's a bit hard to find my tent when I arrived in the dark!!
Aug 26, 2009 - I liked it a lot on this campsite. I hardly have any complaints. Although there was one thing that I didn't like so much: The supermarket being closed during the day... The rest was really good, thank you for a good time.
One more thing aswell, it would be nice if the shuttle bus would depart from Venice a bit later, 22.30 is quite early I reckon.
Jul 29, 2009 - A bit far from Venice (45 min) but nice pool, party, cabins. We had the 3 person cottage (dorm style ) and it was good. Includind shower and toilet.
Jul 28, 2009 - Its a long bus ride from Venice, but its a little party village with top deck tours passing through the whole time so if you keen for a party the option is there. You have to pay with everything by card which can be irritating, but buy food in town rather then at the over priced market on site. nothing is free!
Jul 06, 2009 - This camp site was great,especially the facilities provided.The bus to Venice leaves every hour.The rooms are quite small,but very clean.Great value for the money considering how expensive Venice was.Highly recommended.
