Sep 20, 2009 - Great location right in downtown Seattle, great staff who not only help with everything, but also suggest improvements to your original ideas. Attractive price. The building seems a bit outdated (single glazing windows let noise in from the street, power-outlets without ground lines), but if you prefer non-tangible quality features, such as location and friendliness, to the material quality of the building and its technical equipment, this is a very recommendable place to stay.
Aug 11, 2009 - Very good location: near the Greyhound Station, the Bus Station to the Airport and Downtown
Jul 17, 2009 - I would not reccomend anyone to stay there.... the staff were rediculous and from what we saw of the lobby wasnt very clean. We were turned away and sent to a hotel that you can rent by the hr if you know what Im saying.... they dont really care about people when they are sending to young girls to a sleezy hotel....needless to say that I will never book with them ever again!!
Jul 14, 2009 - some of the staff were not very helpful when i asked about a bus i was told to use the free computer and look it up on the internet, this was when there was no one else needing assistance!we got a member of staff to book a tour for us,they never gave us any confirmation,we phoned reception to make sure it was booked and no one could help us as the person had left for the day, they were supposed to let us know in the morning but we had to chase them for an answer.there was a charge for the fridge and the wifi was very bad.stay if you want a good location at a cheap price and don't need any help!
