Sep 27, 2009 - After receiving my CONFIRMATION email, I received a call on the day I supposedly had a room to say "we forgot to check the online booking" and they were now fully booked. Ruined my whole weekend. NICE ONE!

Apr 21, 2009 - I realise that it is not easy for staff to always be available in a small b&b but there was one time when I wish someone had been around. However, overall found them helpful.
Mar 25, 2009 - i was in a very small single room.. But for the price, (45 pound/2 nights), that is !way! better than to sleep in a 12 bed dorm ;)
The stuff was nice, especially Alice.
It is 30 meters from the seaside.
And also near to the coach station and the center of Brighton..
i strongly recommend this place.

Feb 24, 2009 - The Manager is very friendly and the hotel/b & B is lovely and fresh and modern with comfortable airy rooms. VERY good value for money as I was on a £20 a night rate. The stairs were a bit dirty on the last night for some reason...
