Nov 24, 2009 - Much better than expected. We recommend this hostel for tourists visiting Vienna. It's very close to the underground station and to the town center.

Jul 22, 2009 - Average place I suppose. Big chain so not too personable. Quite clean but you have to pay for sheets if you want them. Big bar area downstairs but not enough staff on at night. The receptionist is also the bar maid so good luck getting a drink. Location ok but not in the heart of it. About 20 min walk from station.
Jul 06, 2009 - It was a quite nice hostel! The room was cosy, and the bathroom incredible clean! What was annoying it was that we travelled by car and we paid the parking for the cortile and evrytime we wanted to go out for a visit by car we had to ask the personal to open/close the front gateway! Anyway we had a great time! Thank you

May 20, 2009 - Am really happy for choosing A&O WIEN.Very easy to locate if you follow instruction on map provided.You buy Vienna Card valid for 3 days to travel on the buses , tram or metro. A&o is just 2 minutes walk to the tram or metro station. Muslim halal food is just nextdoor of your hostel.If you carry heavy luggage take a taxi to airport will cost you Euro33.

May 04, 2009 - The hostel is ok,, but there is a one thing because of I'm sure I won't come back and that is: horrible staff, very unfriendly, I had to wait for more then 10 minutes when I arrived for someone to come to check in, and when she came, she gave me an application to fill in and again disappear for another 10 minutes. I found it very unprofessional.
The location is quite good, and the room was great, very comfort and clean. And you have to pay extra for everything, I also don't like that. The use of internet is too expensive : 1 E for only 20 min..
