Sep 29, 2009 - It is really not as good as it has decribed in your website. The blanket in the room is so dirty and hard.The air conditioner is so cold even if we have informed of the charger. We have bad cold after that. After all, we did not have a good rest.
Sep 23, 2009 - Very clean. Not used to someone not being at front counter but when service received was given willingly. Location quite accessable to all. Little claustrophobic rooming but would recommend to others.

May 04, 2009 - absolutely advisable!!! very clean, nice staff and good service (no breakfast but free fridge) for best price.perfect location beside mainstreet of nice, 1o min. to the beach an vieille nice.looking for a cheap stay that is still clean and comfortable?-take chez patrick!!
