Jun 27, 2009 - Nice hostel, but a bit expensive. No fun inside the hostel, but since it is very well located, between red light district and pubs square, you can find fun easily. Safe and secure, and you don't bother or get bothered by the others while sleeping, because the room is just for sleeping, the (very big) lockers are outside.
Jun 01, 2009 - Cleanliness was excellent and the staff were helpful however the place lacks any character and if you are looking for somewhere more than just to sleep at night I wouldn't recommend it.
May 10, 2009 - very nice clean hostel, near the center of amsterdam and the astel area. warm and welcoming staff, all the utilisites that you need are accesible and clean.

Nov 10, 2008 - We paid for 2 beds and one of them was taken by a stranger during our entire stay, not ok.
Nowhere to relax other than the entrance. Short brekfast time.
Nov 09, 2008 - The bathrooms could have been cleaner, but everything else was fine. Maybe a formal lounge for really cold rainy days where you can just sit in and have a coffee

Jul 16, 2008 - location was superb ... 5 mins from red light district & 10 mins walk from central station. Everything went good except i chose 11am as my arrival time online but never got a room until 2pm & we were travelling from the night before so needed as much sleep for sensation black the event we went 2 that night & hardly got any. besides that showers/toilets/rooms were really big & quite clean aswell! would stay there again anyways :)
