便利な場所ですしスタッフの対応にも満足でしたが、この不当な請求のせいで全て台無しになりました。
Jul 06, 2009 - Turvan is a very nice hotel situated in the heart of Istanbul. We felt comfortable here, the staff was very kind.
May 05, 2008 - even though the staff was nice and carrefull(but the turkish style and nothing else) and the position of the hotel is very good, the way the rooms and the toilets look like is not so friendly.
