Oct 24, 2009 - It was nice,the staff is very helpful.The only things that I'd sugest you to improve it would be:wash the blue sheet more often,and cover the maters with an aproprieted plastic bag because of bed bugs(there is it in the maters);in the kichen,to help the staff,you can have more help from the gests,getting them to help you with cleaning up,putting a conteiner with water by the durty dishes,to colect the silverplates,and teache them to organize things in piles,after "clean" the plates in a trash can without lip(uncovered) very near by the table where the durty plates go, and leaving cans labeled for recicleable things.
Any way,It was very nice being here.I'll recomend this hostel to my friends and family. Also, I'll try to come back sometime in the future and staying in the other ones in Europe,indeed.
Oct 13, 2009 - Large hostel, well organized and clean, with good storage of luggage and locks. Toilets and showers of the quality of good hotels. It has a swimming pool, turkish bath and sauna, a terrace bar on the 5th floor with view on the Duomo and a large bar/restaurant downstairs. Very good place. This whole chain looks attempting. They have other hostels with swimming and the like in Rome, Venice and Prague.
Oct 09, 2009 - Best place!!
We were lucky that we booked the hostel from hostelsclub.com, we got an upgrade to an apartment which has kitchen very spacious, instead of double bed private room.
The location is about 15mins walk from the train station, and you can walk to the attractions. Florence is quite small so you can walk to anywhere (i think)
The hostel has its small dining room, which you can get nice food at good price when you are too tired to go out and eat! The staffs were lovely! Everything is very comfortable, honestly
I really recommend this place, I think it is the best place you can find at this price.
Oct 04, 2009 - staff were extremely slow to check-in, not so friendly. a fair bit of noise from the bar until midnight or so. you must buy a towel if you don't have one. location was goof though, and very clean.

Jul 03, 2009 - Very noisy, room was very uncomfortable. Staff were ok but check in was particularly slow. YOu had to buy your own towels! this was not advertised before we booked.
I won't be returning to this hotel or recommending it to anyone else.
Jun 25, 2009 - Very clean and efficient, however incredibly noisy. Hostel Plus is for the young people who do not mind the street noise. It has the atmosphere of a high school summer camp. Minus for breakfast - not all Europeans are British and eat bacon and beans at the morning (or at all). Fresh bread and some fruit would upgrade the meal and make it edible for more healthy eating people.
Jun 08, 2009 - SO GREAT HOSTEL, VERY GOOD ATTENTION, SO CLEAN ROOMS AND BATHROOMS, EXCELLENT STAFF, GOOD LOCATION, SO FUNNY AND EXCELLENT ATHMOSPHERE, NICE PEOPLE FROM EVERY WORLD AND FOR THE PRICE IS ALL AND MUCH MORE THAT YOU CAN EXPECT. YOU DON'T NEED TO STILL LOOKING FOR BEST. YOU ALREADY FIND IT AND FOR SURE IT WILL LIKE YOU VERY MUCH!!! I JUDGE THAT I WILL RETURN SOMEDAY THERE... I RECOMEND YOU THAT FUNNY AND LIVELY PLACE.
Jun 04, 2009 - Excellent hostel with lots of facilities. The only disadvantage is that they charge you extra for each towel, breakfast, internet. I highly recommend this hostel
