Nov 25, 2009 - I stayed there only one night. hostel was horrible, room smirdēja, did not breathe the air, only at breakfast the bread with margarine or jam and coffee. At which gave me the wrong room which was not commissioned. Room size 2 * 2 meters. Very dark room light, 1 contact. Blankets smirdēja the past to bed, it seemed that it would be 5 years washed blanket. Pure was the only sheet. Not suggesting anyone to enjoy. I was very angry on this hostel as their home page is described and the enclosed pictures, but it is not true.
Nov 23, 2009 - Lockout was long (11-4), but they did clean our room every day. Shower was weird and there wasn´t soap for the sink, but besides that the room was fine. Breakfast was bread with jam in the mornings. Hostal was conveniently located close to a metro stop. Overall, I would recommend this hostal.
Nov 16, 2009 - just one key for everybody is bad, i think that you need to change that . the staff girls are very nice , but the staff men are bad humor , thats all.
Nov 15, 2009 - The check-in was excessively long, it took 50 minutes, which is unacceptable, especially given modern technology. Teh amounts paid also differed to the Internet amounts. The shower drainage system was poor, when one person took a shower the water filled the entire bathroom. The wall insulation is non-existant - there were pipes banging the whole night, and people not respecting the after-9pm silence rule. Very disappointing experience, especially when, for about 10 euro more per person, you can go to a mid-quality hotel.
Nov 14, 2009 - The hostel is ok for its prize in Paris. Location good - not so far from center, near to metro station. It was inconvienient that you cannot go to hostel during the day due to cleaning. It was raining but we couldn't change clothes during the day and had to find some place to hang around in the city. There was no internet connection but a McDonalds is near with free wifi. Breakfast ok, staff ok, cleanliness ok. Rooms are a bit dark and there is almost no place to put your things (cupboards, coat hangers). There were only 2 electrical plugs per 4 persons and only one was working so it is hard to charge mobiles, cameras, etc. The hostel is worth the prize, I guess in Paris it is difficult to get a very good one with a good prize too.
Nov 12, 2009 - the hostel is really wird! price is good the position is good..but there isn t any privacy!!with the excuse of this rediculus rule(live the room 11-4)the staff enters your room without even nocking the door.I suggest something more expensive but normal!somthing realy strange is happening there..believe me..I felt humiliated by the behavior of the manager and the staff also!avoid it if you can!!!the breakfast is nothing (a piece of bread and a ready made coffee)
Nov 05, 2009 - Perfect for the price. The room was warm and clean, althought it was small and the only furniture there was a bed. We had a really good sleep.
The staff was very nice and kind. I really enjoyed my time talking to lots of international travelers who were staying at this hostel and just chilling at the lobby room every evening, sharing their experiences of Paris. The atmosphere was great!
Nov 05, 2009 - It is a clean hostel,but i find the facilities are poor:there's no chair or desk in the room;there's is only one plug in my room,and its not good to be used;the light is just as dark as prison;there are not enough toilet as well! the worst is that all customers in each floor are sharing the same shower room, there's no space for clothes and the shower room even doesnt have a real door!!!
its good it offers breakfast, if it can give more options that would be fine, i mean everyone can be feed up with bread with butter and strawberry jam caz that the only choice every morning...
