Apart review: RentByNight, Brüksel - our customers' opinion on RentByNight

1)"The apartment is provided with bed sheets for the bed and sofa bed and with towels for 4."

They gave us sheets and towels only for 2, I had to sleep on the sofa without sheets in my clothes.

My wife must sleep with children on the bed. It wasn't comfortable :(

2) All night long some people was yelling on the stairs, that was terrible, they stop at 7 a.m...

3)From 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. the restaurant move out very smelly air from theirs air conditioner close to our window in bedroom (windows was closed all the time, before and after also) after 2 hours we still smell this stinky odor with closed windows!!!

4)There was only 3 cups, so one of us can't drink with the others ;)

5)We don't have gas heating water at home, so we didn't know how use safely hot water. Cold water for one night is tolerated, but wasn't comfortable.

-mieszkanie zarezerwowane dla 4 osób pościel/ręczniki tylko dla 2, kubki tylko 3,

piecyk gazowy w łazience nie grzał wody(?)byliśmy tylko na 1 noc więc nie było czasu na reklamacje :(

-jest w miarę czysto,

-wieczorem restauracja która jest na parterze czyści sprzęt i z wentylacji wyprowadzają śmierdzące powietrze (mieszanina pary wodnej, detergentów i tłuszczu [sic!]) ŚMIERDZI PRZEZ ZAMKNIĘTE OKNA !!!

-bardzo dobra lokalizacja

-hałasy na klatce przez całą noc, skończyli imprezowanie dopiero ok 7 rano [sic!]

Internamente l'ostello è fatiscente e sembrerebbe ancora in costruzione ma la posizione è centralissima, ottima pulizia e camera comoda, bagno molto bello con spendida doccia, peccato che la segreteria è in un altro punto (20min a piedi) della città rispetto all'ostello vero e proprio. Complessivamente è un ottimo ostello, difficile trovare di meglio per gruppi di ragazzi.

die wohnung, die wir für zwei tage gemietet hatten liegt im absoluten zentrum von brüssel. sie ist klein aber gemütlich, sauber (aber nicht steril) und bot genug platz für uns vier personen (zwei erwachsene und zwei kinder). das personal von rentbynight habe ich als sehr freundlich und nett empfunden. am ersten tag funktionierte das warmwasser nicht, wurde, nachdem wir es meldeten umgehend behoben. insgesamt ein sehr positiver eindruck, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Hello,

Our condition are clear: without the CVC code, we can not confirm the reservation.

They charged us € 150,00 for the door locker which was already broken before our arrival telling that we had broken it ourselves.We have already risked to remain closed inside the apartament because to open the door was very very difficult. The staff was very very unfrendly.

The owner's reply:

In fact, the client left the keys inside the lock, so it was not possible to open from outside of the apartment. We were obligated to call a locksmith in urgency, a Sunday morning. We simply ask her to pay the bill of the locksmith.

Lovely apartment located in the heart of brussels. As it is in the middle of the city it might be a little bit on the loud side for some but for us it was perfect. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

The appartement we stayed in, was located right in the middle of Brussels. It had it's own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room including a couch and tv. We only stayed for one night, but it was the perfect place to relax and rest between all the sightseeing and shopping during the day and evening.

We didn’t enjoy staying in rent by night apartment. When we arrived there, there is no reception just we found a phone number on the door, we had called and they gave us the code to open the door, but it didn’t work and we were tired, we called them again and they answered: try these new one!!! We spend three hours there just for pick the keys up. The apartment was cold without any useful thing. They want you to give the cvv code of your credit card. We don’t recommend you to rent these apartments.

2. the office is open from 11AM to 6PM from Monday to Saterday. We have a system with code for arrival outside our opening hours. It was clearly wrote that you have to contact us prior the arrival (not when you are in front of the door)

it is very nice place. if i decide to go to brussels again, i will stay at rent by night.

only problem: we had to call the guy of the apt from a card a waiter gave us from a public phone because he wasnt there. apparently the pub's no longer theirs. we were on the street waiting for about an hour.

other than that

Excellent apartment, clean and had everything, it was just in the Grand Place so it was near everything!

NO WIFI though. but we managed to steal from the neighbors hehehe.

tip: TRY TO BE THERE AT THE ARRIVAL TIME YOU MENTION! (or else most prolly ull have to call)
