not as expected ... room so small and no free wifi ... no shampoo to use !!!

We arrived yesterday at 7pm to be told by reception that we'd have to come back as the rooms weren't cleaned. WHAT ? We couldn't check in until 8.30PM. disgusting. AND, they told us that if we had come to them direct we would have SAVED money....as they had to pay you commission. Disgusting and won't be using your site or their hotel again. AND, we were woken all night by a party inthe room next door. Feral place. Won't be back. How can you say that your site gives value when someone checking in before us received it for 25 Euro less that what we paid.

in realtà abbaimo alloggiato all'hotel blu,non molto distante.non siamo rimasti molto contenti del bagno perchè facendo la doccia(non essendoci il piatto doccia)si allagava tutto.
