Me gustó bastante todo y es un inmueble muy bonito y recien restaurado pero (siempre hay un pero)falta tener algunas cositas esenciales en un hostel como un pequeño frigo y un microondas y falta internet aunque ya sabía que no habia. Por lo demás, el chico responsable es muy amable y simpatico. La ubicacion, buena y por lo demás, excelente.

The hostel is located really close to the central place, the heart of the city (so the name is appropriate). It's a little bit difficult to find without a map or some indications. It's situated next to a Mosque, so at 5 o'clock in the morning you will hear the call for the prayer, but that's also a part of the culture. The guy at the reception that take care of everything wasn't that nice and quite opportunist.
Beds are nice and the bathroom are fine. Not that much fun inside the hostel, but fun is ment to be outside in the city.
For the price, is great.

Ótimo holstel quanto a localização, ficou devendo no chuveiro que não oferecia bons banhos. As camas são boas e os quartos muito aconchegantes.

Upon arrival there was nobody to check us in and we had to find alternative accommodation. Sorry but cannot provide any feedback about this hostel.

este mai greu de gasit dar este foarte central, pe dinafara nu arata prea bine dar in interior este curat, aerisit, personalul este amabil, parere generala buna, daca voi reveni la Marrakech voi cauta din nou aceasta pensiune

Un hôtel propre bien situé mais pratiquement introuvable si on ne connait pas la médina! Malgré l accueil un peu chaotique, le personnel reste sympathique. Bonne adresse pour les routards.

The location is really great. But that's it:).I had the worst "bathroom" I could ever have on the first floor. They kept it clean and there was hot water...but I showered over the toilet and I had to throw water with the bucket when I used the toilet :)).Do NOT ask for coffee when you take the breakfast at the riad (honey, butter and tee is what I had every day for a week). I booked the room with two beds (like many others) and ended up staying in a room of 4, but I had a key for it and stayed there with my friend only. I am almost sure the bed linen wasn't washed and the beds/pillows are to hard and weird for my taste and back :). If comfort isn't so important to you but the money are, than you should definitely stay here. You can always bargain for another room like a true Moroccan :). Enjoy Marrakech!

A place without any real personality, though one is welcomed rather warmly with tea. Prepare to get woken up by the muezzin at full volume when the sun rises. Alright and clean enough, if you don't plan to stop by for more than a night.

Really great place for backpackers. Located in the very middle of souks, 2min walk from the famous Jeema, ideal for stay in Marrakesh. It's quite hard to find as taxis are not allowed in the Medina, so I suggest to ask someone in the souks to walk you there and then just pay 10-20dirham for their help. Great place.

Hostel dość ciężko znaleźć, w dodatku niestety nie ma ciepłej wody, za to jest położony w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie placu Dżemma el-Fna co stanowi jego niewątpliwą zaletę.

People from the hostel are nice and gentle. For this price-all very good. Breakfasts too :). Localization-3min to the square El Fna-this is plus, but to find hostel- it´s very difficult.

This hostel is quite difficult to find but using help of locals it's not a big deal.
Accommodations are simple but absolutely enough for the place like Marrakesh Medina.

Esta bastante sucio y cutre. Las camas ( no son camas, son una especie de colchones duros) no tienen sabanas ni almohada, solamente mantas sucias y un cojin enorme y duro!! La terrazan que anuncian como la diversion a tope para concoer a gente no es mas que una superficie vacia por completo y llena de polvo. El desayuno es pesimo, tanto que hemos tenido que desayunar despues en otro sitio en la Plaza. La ubicacion esta bien, se llega a la plaza en 3 minutos, pero mi experiencia en este hotel fue totalmente desastrosa. No merece los 10 euros que he pagado por persona.

Nosotros eramos 11 personas y se las apañaron bien para colocarnos y hacernos sentir como en casa, la localización es perfecta y el personal es amable. Recomiendo este albergue a todo aquel mochilero que quiera dormir barato y práctico.

Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe.Das Hotel ist gefaehrilich,weil es sich in einer dunklen kleinen Gasse befindet,wo sich immer viele verdaechtige Araber aufhalten,die euch erpressen,anspucken und bedrohen.Es befindet sich tief in der Medina,also ist unmoeglich gefunden zu werden.Das Personal spricht nur arabisch.Die Zimmer ist super klein,haben keine Fenster und auf den Bett gibt es keine Bettwaesche.Das Klo und Bad sind unter freiem Himmel(Woert woertlich gesagt).Also miserables Hotel

Supercentrico y barato, el personal se hace un poco de lío entre ellos pero lo solucionan ofreciendote habitaciones mejores (me pasó lo mismo las 2 veces que estube). Sencillo pèro bién, Recomendable!

We reserved a type of room (a double room) and when we got there it was not available. They gave it to somebody else. They didn't have an other one, and we had to sleep in a roomn for 4 persons.

i'm very happy with the hostel - in the heart of the medina indeed, staff was friendly and helpful and i met lots of fun people there! I recommend it!

El hostal tiene lo que hay que tener... camas limpias, gente que te atiende, aseo para comparti, ducha y ya. Es un edificio antiguo, así que de lujos nada, pero no se puede pedir nada más y menos por ese precio... buena elección para mochileros

Está muy bien situado, aunque muy mal señalizado lo que hace difícil encontrarlo.
El personal es atento y resuelve cualquier problema que tengas casi en el instante.
Es bastante barato y los lujos son pocos o ningunos, pero forma parte de su encanto.

Everything was good.The best is the location where it is situated, only there are two minutes from de main square Jeema el Fna. Since there you can go wherever you want.The breakfast really good too.

Nuestra experiencia en el hostal ha sido buena, muy chiquitito y básico, pero para dormir barato está muy bien. El personal nos trató muy bien. Está muy bien situado junto al zoco, lo recomiendo, pero no es un hotel de 5 estrellas ni nada parecido, por si es lo que buscas.

Visitamos Marrakech en enero. La habitación era caliente y estaba limpia. El baño en la máñana que estuvimos fue limpiado dos veces. La ubicación es fabulosa: a un minuto de la plaza central. Muy recomendado relación calidad precio.

El hostal, es muy tranquilo,las camas comodas, solo le haria falta un ventilador m+as grande pues si hace calor,en cuanto a la ubicación es poco fácil de encontrar, quiza deberian poner señalamientos, pero es si mucerca de los souks. El desayuno es muy rico y es la mejor miel que he probado en mucho tiempo. ya no puedo esperar a visitar sus demas hoteles

Very sweet staff members who let me keep my luggage there a little later than check-out time. A great price for package deal that included a free breakfast. Great location, too. The only disturbing thing was that there were no sheets and the pillows were uncomfortable and uncovered. Overall a great experience, though, and the cheapest available, to boot.

We only had a brie one night's stay here but there were plenty of people who seemed to have been staying longer than us and having a great time. The roof terrace is an excellent spot for partying and everyone seemed to be making great use of that, it was a shame we'd arranged to meet friends elsewhere. The other people staying were friendly so it seemed a great place to meet people.
The location is great if you want somewhere central - in the Medina and very close to the main square Djeema El Fna. Two downfalls of staying in the medina are that if you want to sleep you can't guarantee it won't be noisy and that, as some of the medina is not accessible by car, taxis won't drop you at the Riad Rahba (where you have to check in for Heart of the Medina) or at least ours wouldn't so it was a bit tricky to find but not too difficult as it is an easy route from the square once you know where you're going. Though our taxi dropped us at the square and told us what direction to walk in, cars can get to both the hostel and the riad so our airport transfer got to us ok.
Rooms are basic, no air-con, and bathrooms are shared. As we had to leave early for the airport we didn't have problems getting into the bathroom but I'd guess this can be a problem at a more normal getting up time.
The guy at Riad Rahba who checked us in was very welcoming and spoke English very well. A member of staff took us from Rahba to the hostel, only a short walk. Nevertheless it was strange having to check in elsewhere and is not the sort of added inconvenience you want at the end of a day's travelling.
If you are on a tight budget, stay here. It was the cheapest place I could find and if that's all you want then it's fine. If you're in the same sized group as the room capacity it's even better because you essentially get a private room in that case and only have to share the bathroom. There are, however, much nicer places to stay in and around Marakech if you can afford them and I would urge you to do so if you can. Quality accommodation can really enhance the enjoyment of your visit.

In realtà dall'ostello siamo stati dirottati in una vicina succursale. Il punto di forza è comunque la posizione (a 2min dalla Place, ma abbastanza silenzioso) e la terrazza panoramica sul tetto... Il bagno è accettabile anche se uno soltanto serve le camere di più piani.
In agosto la camera è risultata piuttosto afosa, ma almeno c'era un piccolo ventilatore ed una finestra sull'esterno.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over het hostel. Er was niet veel vermaak of een mooie karakteristieke Riad, maar dat verwachtte ik ook niet voor dat geld, dus daardoor ben ik ook daarover tevreden. Het dakterras vond ik geweldig en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Een aanrader voor budgettravellers!

Absolutely fine and good value for money - breakfast included, working shower (with intermitant hot water) and western toilet.Right in the heart of the souks, although a little hard to find!
It seems like they've ironed out most of the problems people have complained of.
