The homepage promises more than you experience. Double private rooms are no lofts, but are really small without reading lights. Heating is too little in winter. Nonetheless great price/performance!

Baroque hostel is zeker aan te raden! Het is een stuk lopen naar het centrum (je kunt ook gemakkelijk met de metro) maar er is een park tegenover, wat zeker de moeite waard is om te ontdekken! Een mooi kasteel, dierentuin, spa en schaatsbaan in de winter. En Heroes square en musea niet te vergeten!

wynajęty pokój dwuosobowy był bardzo mały - zdjęcie na stroie zupełnie nie oddaje jego wyglądu. prześcieradło było stare, podarte, w paru miejscach spleśniałe. pokój to antresola nad innym pokojem, oddzielona od grupowego pojoju i od recepcji tylko przeszkleniem - głośno.

To access lower double bed room one pass through large unit.Rm is small,hostel sign is minimalistic,all together nothing exciting

I was really satisfied, this hostel was even better than I'd expected. The hostel is situated very close to Secheni's baths and to metro station, so there are no problems to get to the city center. In the hostel there is everything you need, even you can take their tea and coffee. The hostel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful) really good quality, so I recommend this hostel without any doubts!

Very cheap and incredibly good hostel for that price. Everything was fine. No problem with tea bags and hot water. Only showers could be repaired, because they are little damaged and their usage is not comfortable.

Okay place. Nice common area. good placement for the Budapest baths and park but otherwise 3-4 miles from city center.

Clean hostel for a very good price. Big parking lot just over the street. The staff also very friendly and helpfull. Only the rooms could be bigger with more wardrobes.

Neat little hostle with stylish interior, clean and quiet, very friendly staff, 24h-recption. Easy to get there by metro. big park nearby. a definite recommendation.

Very nice and clean hostel. Very helpful and nice staff. The hostel is located very close to a big park with castle, bath and a lot of things to see. It feels very safe . I really recomend it.

Sehr zentrale Lage und sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Die private rooms sind allerdings als Lofts innerhalb der Schlafsaele gebaut, sodass es sehr laut sein kann und keine direkte Frischluftzufuhr moeglich ist. Insgesamt aber doch empfehlenswert.

Absolutely fantastic hostel. Really nice, clean, calm and peaceful flat, with beautiful old architecture. Position in the city is a little bit off the main drag, which again is good if you want to come back and relax in a quiet respectable neighbourhood.

Not necessarily "fun" because this is a calmer type of place. This is not the party centre of the universe - WHAT A BONUS!! It is wonderful to come back to a hostel where you can feel safe, clean and comfortable. The staff really look after you. Especially Eszter is a dream come true when it comes to customer service!! :)

Thanks to Baroque staff for making my stay in Budapest exceptional.

This hostel is for the discerning traveller who wants a little of bit of 'luxury' at hostel prices. Anna and Robert were superb hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them.

very nice and calm place. beautiful ambience, very stylish! very nice and kind staff, super breakfast-if you order. in the middle of the city, near hero-square, art-gallery & museum of fine arts & szechenyi thermal bath and yery famous cheap pubs and bars arround.
