the breakfast is an italian one = Biscotti, Croissonts, coffee, tea
beds are kind of unstable
the blankets are thin = cold in the winter period
the water was not really hot
but all in all a good hostel, nice and friendly with lockers, keys, 24h reception...everything you need

There was no hot water, and the bathroom was awfully dirty. The bedroom was awfully dingy. The system of the keys was messy (there is only one key for eight people). All in all, staying in this hostel was a bad choice. Don't go!

esta tan sucio que estoy llena de piquetes de pulgas por el cuerpo donde han dejado caminos de piquetes y ademas mate uno con mi mano cuando estaba dormida... los banos sucios y las computadoras solo fucniona una ademas de que el desayuno es pesimo un litro de leche para tanta gente no es suficiente. estoy tan insatisfecha que he tenido que ir al doctor por tanto piquete de animales

I reserved a bed in a 4 dorm female room and got a 8 bed mixed room with NO Air Conditioning and NO FAN and a very loud alley - so it was impossible to sleep there! The staff was hit and miss - some were ok but most were terrible - assholes and just didn't know basic information like where to catch the airport bus! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Me parecio comodo, el unico problema es que en la web dice zona wifi, pero nadie del personal sabe como conectarse.
Esto le paso a todos los que usamos equipos wireless. Por todo lo demas muy bien

for 15 € per night it is a really good option. room was clean. citchen as well. breakfast was also very nice. a place i would recomnend

問題があるとすれば、キッチンの水の流れが悪いだけ。スタッフも良いし、駅からは遠いが観光の場所には近かったです。もし、また行く機会があれば利用すると思います。

It was really nice hostel. Clean, calm. It is true that you have to pay 5 cents if you want to use lift. But it's just 5 cents. Breakfast - maybe not so much but enough: coffe, tea, cornflakes, sweet bread, milk, juice. Good position - close to the center and to the port. I think it's nice hostel.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo invidiabile, staff molto simpatico e vicinanza dai luoghi interessanti di Napoli e dal porto per farsi un giro nelle isole!

L'unica cosa negativa per me e' stata la colazione. Era meglio direttamente scendre al bar sotto, che offre i cornetti incredibili. Comunque,scelgo Bella Capri in futuro perche' la posizione veramente ottima - pieno centro e il porto e' dietro l'angolo.

The hostel is quite difficult to find. There are simpler directions from the train station than those on the hostel's site. While the staff was good and informative, the area where the hostel is located leaves alot to be desired.

Un pelin dificil de encontrar,por las obras de alrrededor, no aceptan tarjetas, la habitacion para 4 un poco justa de espacio. pero esta bien calidad- precio.

L'endroit est tranquille et bien situé (un peu haut toutefois dans les étages mais cela n'était pas gênant pour nous)L'hôtel est à deux pas des quartiers anciens de Naples.
Nous étions toute une famille dans une chambre à 6 lits avec salle de bains donc prix très avantageux. L'ambiance est celle d'une auberge de jeunesse, c'est à dire jeune... Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse où l'accueil par le personnel est excellent. Nous y retournerons!

Bonne adresse pour notre court séjour. Confortable et personnel sympathique et très disponible. Par contre dans la chambre 1 on entend tous les bruits de l'accueil et du couloir.

It was a bit difficult for me to find the hostel and I almost lost my way in the beginning. Once there, it is fairly simple to locate as it is on the main street. It is in a safe area and I being a lone girl traveller was comfortable on streets till 9 in the night. The staff is extremely helpful and the place is spick and span. I will definitely come here the next time.

muy amables, y en general muy bien, sobre todo en comparación con los de Roma. Sólo que el ascensor funciona con monedas de 5ct., aunque ellos te las dan en recepción.

Your trip to Napoli, will always be what you make it...The city centre is not appealing in any way especially if you are single..however Hostel Hjotel Bella Capri is clean, safe and fun. There is no curfew and the hostel has every amenity for you that you could possibly think of.
The staff are friendly and poliet and you get a breakfast, daily maid service etc this place should be a b&b really. Loved hostel hatednapoli City Centre. This is an ideal hostel for a hub to amalfi sorrento capri etc....

A lovely place close to the port of Naples (convenient to take a board to Capri or Ischia) or main bus stations. The personnel is very gentle and can help a lot if needed.
A good place to meet lot of people coming from all over the world!

Free wifi & computer use. Does it get any better?! Booked 4 person room, clean private ensuite bathroom. Great value in a garbage full dirty city! Defently recommoned!!

total nettes hostel im 7.Stock und du wohnst wie in einer WG. personal ist absolut TOP! frühstück könnte etwas üppiger sein. fazit: absolut zu empfehlen! btw: sogar mit roomservice!

nell'ostello Bella Capri ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno. E' pulito e bene ordinato, il personale e' gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La posizione centrale ha agevolato molto i miei spostamenti in treno, in bus e in barca.Ringrazio tutto lo staff, e se trono a Napoli(come spero) sicuramente ci rivediamo

Das Hostel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage und ist auch vom Alibus schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und spricht Englisch.
Das Frühstück war so lala, es gab leider nicht sehr viel außer, Croissants, Butter, Zwieback, Cornflakes, Marmelade, Milch und Tee/Kaffee was aber für ein hostel ausreichend ist. da man sich sehr gut selbst mit anderen Lebensmitteln versorgen und diese im Hostel zubereiten kann (Mikrowelle,Herdplatten).
Die Zimmer waren auch ok, die Zimmer und die Bäder wurden jeden Tag gereinigt.
Wireless lan war im ganzen Hostel ohne Probleme verfügbar.
Man konnte Schließfächer mieten um dort wichtige Sachen unter zubringen.
Ich würde wieder dort übernachten und es auch weiter empfehlen. :o)

The very best hostel I used in Naples. Many rooms, conditioned air, ensuite bath, high speed wireless, kind personal... almost a hotel, but with hostel prices! and right in centre-town. Breakfast a bit low-quality

Awesome hotel& hostel! I can say only good things about it!! Nice rooms, very nice "social" room coupled with kitchen, free PCs and internet, nice and helpful staff, delicious simple breakfast, well situated. I would only change elevators. I was surprised I had to pay 5 cent per way. (not every day,of course) :P

The best about Hostel Bella Capri it's the location, very close to the port if you wish to visit Capri, Ischia, Procida or any other island in the gulf. I would rate it like 6/10.
