There is no reception desk, so you have to contact the owner on the phone to get the key. The worst thing was lack of hot water - we stayed there for 5 nights and we had hot water only once. It was mostly lukewarm or even cold...
We were looking for a reasonable B&B close to Termini railway station. We were not looking for the cheapest just something reasonable and clean of about a three star standard. We were very pleased with Termini B&B which exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and was cleaned each day with new towels and bedding. Room and bathroom were spacious and it was quiet. Everything we could have wanted. There is good off street car parking close by also plus lots of inexpensive and good places to eat. Michael Australia
The room was fine as a place to just crash. It was clean. Owner was not friendly or very helpful. I needed internet for work and had to switch rooms. The manager seemed very uninterested in really helping. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
Good location and good for family.
It was great value for money, breakfast was included and beds were made and towels were changed daily. There were problems but the staff were very helpful and the problems were solved.
