Évaluation Rooms Alan (Chambre d'hôtes), Dubrovnik - l'opinion de nos clients sur Rooms Alan

Allan said that he is very sorry but he has not received any information about my rezervation. it was 1am and nowhere to go. we slept (4people) on Allan's neighbour sofa and paid 55euro for this. It was very stresfull and not comfortable. Allan didn't even bothered to arrive next day to apologise and explain why our 'reserved' room wasn't there. If not his kind neighbours we would have to sleep on the street probably. I would advise to not to book anythink at 'Rooms Allan'. Keep away from this guy!!!!!

Myslef and my partner stayed here for 3 nights. The room was very clean and tidy. The family that run it were very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely veiw of the sea and yachts. Very value for money. The only concern I would say would be that you have lots of steps to climb which in the heat is very hard but then the veiw is worth it. I would also say that it had a fan in the room but no aircon so it was rather warm at night but bearable. I would and have recommended this place and will be back myself next year.

Són molt confiats i molt amables, sempre amb un somriure a la cara. Per anar al centre s'ha d'agafar un autobús que té la parada a 3min de la casa. La zona és molt silenciosa i autèntica. L'únic inconvenient és que és una mica difícil de trobar, i no tothom sap on és el carrer. Per la resta, molt bé.

Atmosfera bardzo wiejska, ale mnie to akurat odpowiadało.Czułam sie jak u babci na wsi :)Piękna i spokojna okolica, niedaleko dworca autobusowego i portu. Bardzo miła i pomocna gospodyni.Kwatery znajdują się na wzgórzu więc z dużym bagażem trzeba się natrudzić aby się tam dostać.

Location of place was on the end of city with no bus connection, long street with stairs to climb up (street canot be driven with the car).Accomodation Alan was apsolutely horible place to stay. The room was dirty with the garbage and food in fridge left from previous guests, dirt under the beds.Owner was talking ugly and rude to guessts. Windows and doors could not get locked and everybody could easily get entered the room.All together Dubrovnik is not nice place, people are very rude, dont wanna help to the turists with any information, cursing on turists in there language. People from Dubrovnik are chiting turists in the restaurants and charging them more money(plus food is expensive for such a poor and not tasty offers). Drivers driving extrimly agressivly and dangares (not stoping on padastrian crossing) holding mobile in their hands during driving. Dubrovnik people cursing at turist in their language. (I am born croatian but 20 years outside of croatia and always convinced how horibble croatian people and their behavior is) NOT RECOMMENDED

En relación al precio que tiene esta bastante bien, lo peor es que no hay parking, y tienes que dejar el coche en la calle.

This was the best Hostel experience I have had! The owner came to meet us, spoke perfect English. We stayed in his mother's house. Very nice room and extremely good value. Great place.

Rooms Alan è un caratteristico appartemento croato, certamente non di lusso, comodo per una due notti di passaggio. Le stanze piccole essenziali ma silenziose, proprietari molto simpatici, il vero PROBLEMA è l'accesso non segnalato sulla strada principale cmq vicino al porto e i cento GRADINI da percorrere per raggiungere l'ingresso.

This was very good value - compared to other rooms in the same area we paid half the amount and struggled to find anything this cheap (also with cooking facilities) throughout the rest of our travels along the Croatian Coast. Although it is a fair distance from the town centre (45minute walk), the bus links are very good and it is very near to the main harbour and bus station which is useful. It was nice to stay in a quiet family home and get away from all the tourists for a bit. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Difícil de encontrar, apartamento de 2 habitaciones pequeñito, limpio y para ser Dobrovnik muy buen precio y bastante centrico. La señora muy servicial.

I want to warn those of you looking into staying here. My wife and I booked rooms at this hostel and they ended up giving them away. They arranged for us to stay with another hostel who ended up charging us more than Rooms Alan. We were quite frustrated with them. If you don't want to be put in the same position, don't book a room here!
