Not in the city center, but reasonably convenient via Metro. Coming from the city, be sure to exit the Metro at the back end of the train - that exit takes you right in front of the hotel's street.

Good place to stay for a weekend trip, clean and mostly quiet. Get breakfast somewhere else and you'll get a better coffee and brioche for a cheaper price.

after reading some of the reviews, i did not except much from the hotel, but it overcame my expectations.. it was clear, the chambermaids came every day.

the position is really gr8 and that is what matters the most.. friendly stuff.. enough hot water, i cannot complain at all :)

posizione comodissima vicinissima alla stazione di Lambrate, a fianco ad un corso in cui c'è tutto (farmacia, alimentari, tabacchi, ecc.). Staff gentilissimo, camere ordinate e molto pulite, prezzo accessibilissimo,praticamente perfetto.

Décoration et peintures méritant un rafraichissement. Draps et sanitaires propres, propreté des sols à revoir (poussières et papiers sous le lit).Point positif pour la climatisation dans les chambres indispensable en été, moyennant un supplément de 5€ par nuit.

Hotel Vienna is just great! Wondreful staff, good localization, really close to downtown, good communications and very clean. You could feel there like in home. Staff is really nice and helpful - thanks Angelo for everything, especially with da Vinci :) For sure i'm gonna stay there another time i'll be in Milan!

The hotel is in good location, 1 min from metro station. Then you can go for example to duomo place in 20 min. The last metro ride at 0.40 form city centre. Price for 24 hours ticket is 3 euro, 48 hours = 5,5 euro, one ride is 1 euro. There is a lot of really good pizza restaurant around the hotel (4euro for marguerite, 5euro for pizza with ham, cheese and tomato, 8 euro with more ingredients). Hotel is nice, could be cleaner, but seems ok for me. If you like to visit Milan and the hotel is needed for you just to sleep I recommend the place. I would stay here next time if I visit Milan more.

We arrived in Milan late at night and when we arrived at the hotel, we were send to another hotel at the other side of the street called Lugano. We had a twin room which was not great. The next night we slept in a better double room. Breakfast at Vienna sucked, at Lugano it was better. Staff at Lugano was nicer.

It's not in the centre but fairly near. You can walk (20 Min) or take the underground (station)which is next to the hotel. The staff is polite and the atmosphere is relaxed and calm. You get a basic breakfast: cereals, yoghurt, coffee, milk, toast and jam. We will stay here again next time we're in Milan.

worth it's money. Staff is nice and helpfull eventhough most of them speaks only Italian. Very good location next to metro station (Green Line) and railway station (trains to Bergamo ;)). Great individually made coffee for breakfast made my day much better ;D

Hotel Vienna is an excellent place to stay while in Milan. The facilities are impeccable, the beds very comfy and for it being one of the most reasonable priced options in Milan I was really surprised by the nice rooms. It is in a quiet street very close to Lambrate Metro Station (10 min to city centre). There is breakfast included consisting of one piece of bakery (croissant, brioche) and good coffee or cappuchino. It is also possible to pay 4 € extra for a nice looking breakfast buffet with juice and cake etc., which we didn't try, though.

Hotel in general was good, especially related to the price and the location. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

They even offer a tiny breakfast (croissant and coffee) free of charge which was ok.

I think that the hotel position is very good for Milano. But it was impossibile to get internet connection from the stuff on reception. But it was clean, not cheap and normal hotel. I liked but I couldn't understand if the breakfast is incluned or not in the price through that site. They told me that is not connected. I cannot imagine to be in a hotel and not to have a breakfast included in the price for sleeping.

Nice, clean room. Good furniture, TV, etc. There is small elevator.

But very small room. There is air condition in the room, but they ask extra money (5 EUR per day) for using it. It's expensive and unexpectedly. Small fridge in the room is not working. But they permit to use common fridge in the lobby.

Internet is not working neither in the room nor in the lobby.

Location is very suitable. 5 min walk to train station and 1 min to subway.

Nice place to stay! Three minutes walking distance from the Lambrate Railway station as well as the Metro. Rooms are a bit small but nevertheless quite cozy and clean. Would like to stay there again if I visit Milan next time.

j'ai passé un excellent séjour, le personnel est très gentil, et l'hotel très propre.

La seule chose, c'est que le matin,lepetitdéjeuner se resume à un croissant et une boisson chaude, et si vous voulez le buffet s'est 4 euros de plus, delamême manière que l'air conditionné coute 5 euros par jour en plus. Heureusement il y avait le ventilateur,et il nous a largement suffit.

L'hôtel est a une quinzaine de minute du centre ville, et ca s'est très important, de plus à côté ilo ya des supermarchet et des restaurants.

Het enige nadeel was dat er haren op de grond in de kamer lagen. De rest was wel schoon. Via de metro ben je zo in het centrum van Milaan. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

The hotel was nice and ok for the price. You had to pay extra for the air conditioner (5 euro/day) and most of the days it was necessary to use it. There is a very good connection to the subway. It was not totally clean but the staff was very nice. You could get a little breackfast which was included in the price or pay for a little buffet. There was a new Tv in the room and in the lobby you could use the internet (2 euro/30 min.)

When we arrive, there was no one in the reception. Then a cleaner came and tried to find our reservation but didn't find. Then we waited and waited and visited another hotel and asked if the reservation was there. It wasn't. About half an hour later, the real receptionist came and he found the reservation immediately. Room was really small, but very clean and ok. Hotel was nice, but the first impression wasn't that good. But still ok hotel :)

the location is good, easily accessible with Metro and it's easy to find. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. The breadfast crosscant is delicious. However, the heater is not working very well and no hot water for shower, only warm water.

we had a nasty experience here, they seemed a mean and cheap hotel. Who charged for air conditioning. They also charged my credit card for the full fee of the room when I had intended to pay cash at the end. They did this without asking, without my signature and without my knowledge. The room was tiny but well fitted out. The shower door did not close and didn't drain. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I would not stay here ever, we did in fact decide to sleep at Milan airport rather than there.

The best about this hotel is the location, the subway station is indeed 20m from the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are really small and not very clean. The staff does not speak English at all.

Einfaches Hotel zum guten Preis. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal nett. Zur U-Bahn sind es 5 min, am Abend gibt es einige Ristorantes in der Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert für Leute, die realistische Erwartungen von einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse haben.

The hotel, although is not in the centre, is very close to the metro station and is located in a quiet place where are cheap restaurants and bars. The room was small, but very clean and with all the facilities. I liked to stay in there very much.
