This project began in April 2014, with a strong desire to satisfy the needs of the guests. The property offers 2 comfortable and private family rooms where you can enjoy a pleasant holiday in Santa Clara. The owners are called Carlos and Iraida, and they are dedicated to giving full attention to whatever needs you have while staying with them :) In this house, you can enjoy a quiet and friendly atmosphere but if you want so action, the city centre is very close!

Room types
There are two double rooms with private bathroom available, with hot and cold water 24 hours a day. The rooms include air conditioning, mini bar, fan and wardrobe. Up to 3 people can stay in each room.
Location and surroundings
The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, no noise from cars and major avenues. Just 350 meters from Central Park, where you will find shops, speciality restaurants, cultural places like theatre, pubs, clubs, museums and others attractions, with everything you need within reach of only a few meters walking and enjoying the Cuban atmosphere.
Services and facilities
The rooms have a separate entrance, attached to a common hallway for the entire house where you can sit and relax, read a book, plan your vacation, or just chat with friends while drinking a cocktail the owners are happy to provide you.
There is also available a restaurant service, not included in the reservation, but that you can pre-arrange with the property, they are ready to serve breakfast and lunch choices.
They have a large and rich menu and you will be surely satisfied and pleased.

The host was extremely hospitable and the house was nice and clean. My friends and I really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this Casa.
For some reason they didn´t receive my reservation (there are big problems with internet in Cuba), but they found another very good place for me for the same price.
We had a very pleasant stay at the hostal Los Girasoles in November 2016. The hosts Carlos and Iraida are offering a very nice and clean place and let you immediately feel like being at home. Excellent breakfast nicely arranged by Iraida gives you a good start into the day. Carlos helped us a lot in organizing transportation and hostals in Caibarien and Varadero, which would have been difficult for us due to high demand. They also recommended some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood with great food at reasonable prices. The hostal is conveniently located to the main attractions of Santa Clara.
Really helpful and friendly hosts, close to the center!
This was the best place we stayed at in Cuba! You should try the lobster by the lady of the house..totally delicious!!!
