The Summer House Backpackers offers awesome dorm rooms with high angled ceilings and plenty of space. Many of our rooms are en suite and with air con as well. There are super comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, and some rooms offering awesome River and City views. Electronic swipe card access for every room.

Summer House Backpackers is the 2nd closest hostel to the Brisbane Transit Centre (less than 5 minutes walk) and just 2 mins walk from the closest supermarket. The perfect location for CBD access, South Bank, & Suncorp Stadium. Summer House Backpackers is close to all of the best attractions in Brisbane including Roma Street Parklands, Southbank Parklands and its famous man-made beach.

Our bar is housed in a 150 year old warehouse with very funky décor and a great vibe. Reviews (9.3 Wonderful)
The shower curtain has mold and doesn't get very warm. The room was freezing. The staff was really friendly though. So it's a cheap place to stay for just a night or two.
