In Havana you can enjoy complete safety of the main historical sites, recreational and cultural city. Our house is between Vedado and Old Havana. We are located blocks from the Malecón, the University of Havana, hotels, tourist and Information VIAZUL bus station (ASTRO).

Our house has 2 private rooms ideal for families or friends, one with capacity for two people (1 double bed) with a balcony overlooking the street and the other with a maximum capacity of 3 guests (1 double bed and 1 single bed) ). Rooms include bed linen, towels and fans, lamps, air conditioning, a fridge and a lockable cupboard. Each of the rooms has a private bathroom with toiletries and 24-hour hot water.
Location and surroundings
Most points in Old Havana, Central Havana and Vedado can easily go on foot if you have energy and favors will exercise and so much more of the local street life. Near 'Casa las Rosas' find the mall that has shops, bank, pharmacy and Fast Food. Moreover, the House of Culture, Institute of Linguistics and Restaurants. House of Music, Callejón de Hammel and Rumba Palace.

The accommodation has a common room and kitchen-dining room. We offer breakfast and dinner service, on request. We can manage guided tours of the historic center or another place of interest where the client requests it. If you are interested, we also give dance lessons!

Beautiful accomodation in the centre of Havana. Rooms and bathroom very clean and tide. Excellent bed & breakfast for cheap prices. Discreet and friendly english-speaking hostes. Highly recommended!
Nice and quite place to stay, at a very competitive price. It is located in a lively neighborhood quite close to the downtown, with lots of small stores and public transportation available nearby. Rosa, the owner, is very kind and helpful. She will provide you with lots of tips on how to enjoy a fun and safe time in Havana
The location is a good 25-30 mins from old havana - but being right in the middle of vedado and old havana means you can access both. Rosa is really friendly and looks after you well. Having compared the breakfast you get there to some other Casa's it's a little lacking however I guess the value makes up for it. Thanks Rosa.
Rosa- incredibly welcoming and caring, our Cuban mum! Excellent location 20 minutes walk from Havana Vieja. Great value rooms with a delicious breakfast included. Rosa took the time to explain what you need to know about Havana, where to go, information on great local places, and even took the time to show my friend around Havana. As a girl travelling on my own I felt safe walking to and from the house and the centre on my own at night. There is free internet access in the casa in the evening which is great, considering internet access is expensive and not easy to find in Cuba. A great stay, felt as if I was staying with family! Metele p'alla Rosa!
Rosa is a great person and wonderful host. she is always helpful about everything! Location is good, 15 min away from center of Old Havana by walking. every morning delicious traditional Cuban breakfast and great conversation with Lucia and Rosa. If you want to live in real Havana atmosphere you should definitely stay here.
