Nobody speaks english, only russian and there is no response to the telephone
Pity to say that russian hostels are still can't be compared with other worldwide's. 1) We informed beforehand that would arrive to 10 am. We had to wait for a girl with key till begining of 12 am. In spite of it we paid 50% surcharge for early checking in. 2) Bed linen wasn't changed and room wasn't cleaned for our coming. We changed bed linen ourselves. 3) Repairing process in the hall was in process - it was very noisy at 1st half of the day. 4) Wi-Fi was very-very slow and it possible to use it only in some places but not in the room. So .. wish to OLD FLAT HOTEL to improve service level. 5) Can't to note that location of the hotel is great and convinient, metro and railway stations are very close to it.
