Casa Novo Guest House has 2 rooms for rent in a very big 1900's house with air conditioning, Tv, fan, safe external window, fridge, radioalarm, private bathroom, hot water the 24 hours in the center of Havana. Train station is near the house only 20 min. walking or in a bicitaxi or taxi.

Room types
The price per room per night is 30.00 euros in high season and the payment must be in cash. There are not restrictions in number of nights and you can make reservation at any time. If you are 4 to use the same room it is possible in our house by the price of only 9 euros per person.
Location and surroundings
The house is located in a 5 minutes walking distance from the sea (malecon), 10 minute walk from old Havana, 25 min walking from Vedado and 5 min walking from the Chinese town. It is also near from the HAVANA Casa de la Música (House of Music) where you can dance with good salsa music.
Close to the house you'll find markets, shopping centers, restaurants including the famous restaurant-paladar ¨La Guarida¨.

All our staff speaks English. You can enjoy the 2 balconies and house spaces and the roof terrace. Enjoy our new roof terrace with a viewpoint of the neighborhood where you can rest, or read or relax while sunbathing. Breakfast available, 6 euros per person.

A casa so clean you could eat right from the floor, located between Centro Habana (10 min walking to the capitol) and Vedado. The family running the house is very hospitable and helpful. Dr. Porro, the owner, supplied us with plenty of useful hints about Havanna and Cuba, especially his lodging recommendations for the different places on our way proofed to be very reliable. And the dishes served upon request are so tasty, you really should think twice before making a reservation at adjacent La Guarida.
I spent one week at the casa in March 2008. The family is very nice. Whatever question I had they helped me out. The breakfast was excellent. I found the location very good, as it is safe and close to the old town and to the malecon (walking distance). Near the casa one can find some good places to eat. The next time I visit Havanna I will try to stay there again.
Nicolas & Rosie made us feel at home in their house, their country and in their rocking chairs! That's why we returned to their house at the end of our trip!
The Casa Particular was perfect! Just ten minutes of beautiful walk from plaza central, between vedado and habana vieja. And we really enjoyed Nicolas and his wife, the owners of the casa. they gave us lots of information and helped us in finding new accommodations in Trinidad and in the same Habana (the last day of the vacation when we came back from Trinidad). For a few bucks (3 and 8 CUCs) they also can prepare you a good breakfast and a wonderful dinner. Both speak a good english! Thanx again, my friends... Hope to see you as soon as possible!! We just came back from Cuba and thanks to Nikolas we have no problem finding casas in all of Cuba, he was very kind and helpfull.
