It is a really good place to stay, very close to Sant Marco and vaparetto, where are no so much crowds of tourists...but it must be much cleaner to be the best one place to stay in Venice, 4/5

The location is perfect, 2streets away from st. marc's sqr, with lots of bars, restaurants and food shop when you go around the corner...definitely we'll return.

the owner is very friendly, picked us up at Campo Santa Maria Famosa in front of the church,.. gave us a map and point out some handy stuff...we got an apartment for 4 ppl so it felt like at home (two sleeping rooms, big living room, kitchen, bathroom)...kitchen was fully equipped, air co, cable tv, nice old venetian style...just perfect!

Casa Lagana does not exist at this address at Calle Ruga Giuffa 4902. We don´t know why but we have been brought by a housekeeper to another appartment "studio San Provolo 4716 Castello Venice". It was much better than in the description for Casa Lagana because we had a complete appartment for our own, for the same cheap price. It was als very close to San Marco.

This is a foul smelling place. We felt us so bad after entering the room, this feeling was conserved with us long after leaving the place. I have never imagined that such a place can be rented. So I booked another hotel. I was really sorry for that booking.

Tutto perfetto! Posizione molto centrale, in 3 minuti a piedi da San Marco e in zona piena di negozi. Piena libertà di movimento e proprietari molto disponibili. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, c'è tutto l'essenziale. Cucina comune attrezzata a disposizione degli ospiti. Lo consiglieremo.

En dehors du matelas peu confortable, la chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Situation idéale à 10 mins du Pont du Rialto, et 15 de la place st-marc.

Petit bémol: on ne peut payer QUE par espèces. A prévoir avnt de partir.

Me senti como en mi casa, me gusto mucho la comodidad y que no nos molestaran. El desayuno es grande, la cocina es comoda, hay lavadora, wifi, refri, microondas, o sea, es bastante comodo.

Nice place to sleep and rest easy. The environment is comfortable and clean. We were very close to Piazza San Marco and we had many places to shop, we had a nice kitchen with all the comforts and qualified assistance. Really happy with everything

We were supposed to have breakfeast at the hostel but noone appeared. Staff told us that we had our breakfeast at 8:30h but as I have said, noone appeared in the two days that we stayed there. Also we had a problem with de hot water (there wasn´t ) and noone helped us because the staff din´t attend our phone calls.

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, es la unica y gran ventaja q tiene!El resto pagamos habitacion con baño privado y nos dieron compartido. Las habitaciones tenian un poco de humedad.

i locali sono vecchi e sporchi (il bagno era sporchissimo). la camera da letto polverosa e il letto scomodissimo (materassi e rete sfondati). la colazione era praticamente assente e la cucina sporca. unica nota positiva la vicinanza a piazza san marco. sconsigliatissimo!

Alugamos 4 camas em um quarto para 6. Chegamos lá nos deram um apartamento com dois quartos, todo mobiliado e decorado LINDO ! só pra nós 4, foi PERFEITO, com TV de 50 polegadas na sala, cozinha completa e 2 quartos tudo nosso.
