It was basic but cheap, a good location near Gare du Nord. Amazing that you can find a hotel so cheap near the city center of the city of cities!

An excellent hotel for the price that you pay. The prime location is its best feature. The seven of us are really satisfied with our stay.
The hotel is a 1-star, so you can't expect much :) breakfast is not included :( But in general - it's clean, seems safe even though placed in 10th arrondissement, easy access by metro. Staff speaks english well. And last thing - horrible pink bathrooms!!!
We had beds for 5 in a suite with a bathroom. The rooms were bigger than other Paris hotels we've been in, but the rooms have a worn-out feel to them with the bedding and the carpet. It's a busy section of the city and near a hospital, so you hear sirens frequently. It was cheap, and okay for a short stay. We didn't have the breakfast, choosing instead to eat at the bakeries in the neighborhood.
Non of the staff members speaks proper English what we think is a must in a city like Paris. One positive think, nobody speaks proper English in Paris. The hotel is only good for sleeping and nothing more and that's why we booked it.
