1) Check in on the day of arrival is time from 15.30 PM until 10.45 PM 2) Check out on the day of Departure is time by 10.00am at the latest, any later than 10.00am is chargeable £10.00 per person per hour. 3) Reception is covered from 7.30am to 10.30 pm and after that it is covered by the Night porter throughout the night. 4) Please note, if booked double- or twin-bedded room category the bed types cannot by guaranteed. Your request is noted, and we will try our best, it is subject to availability. 5) Non-residents are strictly not allowed in the rooms. 6) Restaurant is Open Lunch time 12:00 - 14:30 and Dinner 17:00 - 22:00 (Exclusive Meal Offer: 3 course Indian meal with bottle of Budweiser @ £17.50 per person). 8) Car Parking is chargeable £12.00 per car per day, van / 7 seated car parking is £20.00 per van / 7 seated per day and Minibus parking is £29.00 per minibus per day (check in to check out times). 9) Wi-Fi is chargeable £5.00 for 24 hours on a single device usage. 10) Storage facilities is offered from 6:00am to 4:00pm for £ 2.50 per item up to 10 hours Maximum. 11) Upon Arrival we ask for guests to carry some form of photo identification with them. As well as the card which was used to pay for the room. If it is not possible to have the card, then a copy would suffice. 12) Upon arrival a Pre-Authorisation of £50.00 will be requested by bank card (chip & pin) per room 13) If it is more than two rooms, we would require the names of the guests prior to arrival. 14) Third part bookings, email from card holder to be received prior to arrival of the guest authorising hotel to take full payment from the card. 15) Please note Hotel does not accept cash payments. All accommodation transactions must be credit or debit cards. 16) Due to COVID-19 situation the service of the rooms will be only once a week on a stayover. If you require change of Linen, please see the reception and they would be able to organise this for you. 17) Hotel is in need to some refurbishment and that’s why it is priced accordingly. All room types named 'Family rooms' can be booked only for 2 adults and 1 child up to 10 years old.false |
