**We accept a MAXIMUM of 7 nights stay in every 3 month period in dormitory style rooms.
**No check out and check in on same date allowed, minimum 2 nights between check out and check in.
** We accept payment in CZK and EUR (at the reception exchange rate) and by major credit/debit cards. Payment is due on arrival.
**Groups of 9 or more people cannot make an online booking; group bookings can be made by request only.
**Booking multiple beds in dorm rooms does not guarantee you to all stay in one room; to ensure you all stay together, book private rooms.
**Age restrictions apply for dorm rooms: only guests aged 18-39 will be accepted into shared dormitory rooms.
**We are a 100% non-smoking property; smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building.
****New Years Eve Bookings**** For all bookings which include 29.12. - 01.01. there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Further, these bookings will all be prepaid and non-refundable at the time of booking. Cancellations and modifications will be accepted at our discretion and refunds are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to not honour any booking that cannot be prepaid or is for less than the minimum stay.
****2019 Easter Bookings**** For all bookings which include Easter dates there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Further, full non-refundable prepayment will be made to the card which you book with once we receive your booking. Cancellations and modifications will be accepted at our discretion and refunds are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to not honour any booking that cannot be prepaid or is for less than the minimum stay.
****2019 Holiday Weekend Bookings**** These conditions apply to all bookings which include any of the periods: 1st May, Ascension, Pentecost and Corpus Christi. There is a minimum stay of 2-3 nights. Further, full non-refundable prepayment will be made to the card which you book with once we receive your booking. Cancellations and modifications will be accepted at our discretion and refunds are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to not honour any booking that cannot be prepaid or is for less than the minimum stay.

1) Hostelsclub.com 对网站上所列旅馆并没有所有权或经营权，仅仅提供客房预定引擎以方便确认客房预定；为客人根据空房情况提供住宿是旅馆方的责任。
2) Hostelsclub.com 尽力提供旅馆住宿可接受标准和准确描述，但不对该旅馆自身设置标准负有任何责任。
3) 本网站一切努力旨在确保旅馆正确处理客人预定。
4) 网站所显示旅客评分完全由曾入住的客人做出，代表其自身观点。
5)若没有其他规定，所有预定取消应在到达日期前24小时进行。取消预定必须由用户自己通过“我的俱乐部”或直接与旅馆联系取消，Hostelsclub.com无法取消任何用户的客房预定。
如果客人预定後未入住，无其他明示的情况下，旅馆方有权收取客人前几晚的住宿费用。
6) 预定时用户应即刻支付总价10%的不可归还性定金和2欧元的预定费。包括额外服务/费用的余款在客人到达旅馆时按旅馆指定货币支付。
7) Hostelsclub.com 将处理预定确认表并将预定详情转交旅馆和用户。用户有责任入住旅馆时带上预定单。
8) 定金不可归还。Hostelsclub.com只可能在不可修复的困难情况或纷争下对定金做出解释。
9) Hostelsclub.com绝尽全力确保所有信用卡交易安全。然而，如果在您预定时或预定后您的信用卡报表上出现了未经您授权的款项支付，Hostelsclub.com不对因其引起的任何损伤或损失负任何责任。
10) 除欧元以外的客房价格转换采用来自可信来源的最新银行汇率，但不能确保完全准确。使用欧元(EUR)付款时，您的信用卡公司收取金额可能与我们网站公布的金额稍有不同，这取决於您的信用卡合同。
隐私权声明
根据义大利法律196/2003第29条，Hostelsclub郑重声明如下：
a) 本表格所收集资讯将被整理，最终用於启动客房预订服务，所有资讯将以电子形式处理。
b) 个人资讯必须提交以便为用户启动预订服务。
c) 拒绝提供个人资讯将无法享用客房预订服务。
d) 所收集资讯将发送给相关个人以使用与客房预订服务相关的服务，并只发给能负责实施预定服务的他人。
e) 用户受义大利法律196/2003条保护。
