They really got almost all right. Building is a big ex hotel, so five floors, sw pool,gym, bars etc.Internet. Good food for a normal price.Staff very helpfull. Two minuses: room is ready by 3pm and you have to check out by 10 am so you loose few good hours, and few drunk young people at 4am loudly sharing their life stories on corridor, wether you want to hear them or not. Don't take a room next to a vending machine.

Clean. Big rooms. Equiped. Half hour walk from leaning tower. Fun factor to be developed, as there are four rooms, one bath-its like renting a flat.We were lucky to be the only guests, so it was like having a flat for ourselves.Fridge. Internet.Supermarket near.Bit of a nuisance was airconditioning below- fan was squicking at times, and bar below was loud untill 3am. Great place if you want to visit Pisa and drink in the evening, I mean to stay awakeuntill morning:)good value for money.

Dump in corners.No facilities to have a pint in the evening, people sitting online in front reception were drinks are available- makes you feel like you are having beer in library.Plus tax on top of the price 3.60 euro per night. Staff helpfull and happy, but still quite expensive place for quality offered.
