A wonderfull apartment awya from the hustle and bustle of the touristic parts of the city, yet incredibly near to the vaporetto stop with connections to all the island in the Laguna. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and Signor Sibilla was very friendly coming to the vaporetto stop to greet us and explained how everything works. Perfect place for a person or a couple, even a small family or a group of friends who want to have a do-it-yourself vacation in Venice.There's a caffé right around the corner as well as a couple of small shops where you can buy your groceries and all necessary stuff not to mention the 24/7 Automatic Bar. Would definitey stay again when (re)visiting Venice! Grazie mille, Casa Sibilla! Oh, the magnolias in the garden were beautiful! :)
