Is born in a noble floor of a typical refined 18th century palace, a few steps away from one of the most charming places of the world: San Marco Square.

The Residence is just a few minutes away from Rialto, from the Galleries of Accademia Di Belle Arti, from Peggy Guggenheim Museum, from the famous Theatre La Fenice and from Palazzo Grassi.

Close to our Residence there is one of the principal waterbus bridges, San Marco, Vallaresso(just in front of ‘Harry’s bar), that makes possible simple and fast connections with any other area of Venice, such as the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the beaches of Lido.
