A cosy apartment beside Termini station, very central, last year renovated, Walter and MaryLuise innkeepers, with 2 bedrooms en-suite( private bathroom) of superior category (quality furniture), rooms at top floor, quiet,silence, sunny, recently restored, with all facilities such as breakfast, tv in the room. It is located ten minutes by foot to the main train station Terminal and 7 minutes to the Colosseum and all the other main attractions, well linked at metro stop Vittorio. Breakfast includes coffee or tea, Italian bread toasted slices,croissant,cereales, little tarts, plumcake, cookies, jam, honey, and NUTELLA chocolate paste. Cheap pick up service with my car or driver from/for both the airports of Rome, Fiumicino or Ciampino.

INFO RECEPTION-to respect us and other guests sleeping , please come after 10.00 AM until before 23 PM. After 23.00 the the apartment is closed and we have problems with check -ins so DON'T come after this time, or inform us by phone that you will be late.In the case the guests force us to open the door afterhour (after 23.00 or before 10.00 AM) there is a penalty-supplement of 10 Euros for this extra service.

---INFO ARRIVAL--When you arrive,If nobody answer the buzzer ring ,PLEASE CALL US OUR TELEPHONES ,please wait outside the main front door in the street until our staff will take you to the bedroom, please don't enter the big door because it can bother my fussy neighbours..

---CANCELLATION POLICY-You are allowed to cancel without any penalty only untill 48 hours before the date of check-in (12 AM )and if not we debit 2 first nights of the stay.I recommend also to keep your credit card available to block the first 2 nights of the stay as guarantee of the respect of our CANCELLATION POLICY. If the credit card is not valid or outdated, the reservation will be considered not realible.

To accept your cancellation or modification last minute,is necessary you inform us with both email and phone call.

---For the next days We give you the door keys so there is no curfew.

INFO PAYMENT-The payment is possible by cash at the check in. We prefer cash, but when the balance cash is not possible, also CREDIT CARD is accepted, but there is a 2% charge of bank expenses.

--INFO TAX STAY: I inform you that since 1st January the city government of Rome stated a TAXATION-STAY of 2 euro per night per person. I am sorry, it's not fault, but the taxation is not included in the price, but is a supplement.

---INFO SECOND FLAT : In the case that we receive more reservations, and we have to accommodate anyway when necessary our guests can stay in another alternative apartment with shared or private WC located in the same area Vittorio with the same facilities at the same price. Once our guests arrived here, our staff will provide your accommodation.
