Beskrivning: welcome to the Berlin – Potsdam region.

The Koallick family – as owners of the Sperlingshof guest-house-would like to present their lodge as an alternative to the established lodging possibilities.

Our guest-house had been under reconstruction in 1997/98.

Now we can offer 44 rooms, subdivided into

12 single room (12 extra-beds are possible)

16 twin rooms

08 rooms with three beds

08 apartments each with 2 twin bedrooms

We have enough space to accommodate up to 112 guests comfortably. The rooms are furnished in the cottage style and have shower, WC, refrigerator and Colour TV with 20 programmes.

In the house are new a Physio-Vital-Center, a Solarium, a Sauna and a dampfbad.

The prices include breakfast. Our breakfast rooms have 60 seats, where you can help yourself with the generous breakfast buffet or the dinner as well as use them as day room.

In our restaurant in the cellars we offer local beer, German wine and solid food.

of freshly slaughtered pigs, red wine, punch parties etc.

In our outdoor area we have a sheltered table tennis, volleyball lawn and two meadows for football games (soccer).

Nearby you will find a 42-qkm natural conservation area with walking and riding paths. In Dallgow you can find riding stables and coach-trips, 10 min. away by car is a sport centre with tennis, squash, badminton, fitness and sauna facilities. In Elstal, 5 min. away, recently has opened the first Designer Outlet Centre with 65 different shops for exclusive products.

Our guest-house is situated excellently for visit to Berlin, Potsdam and the federal state of Brandenburg at all. When you leave the A 10 (Berliner Ring) on the west side at the exit Berlin-Spandau it’s only a 5 min. drive towards Berlin. To the centre of Berlin (City) it takes you 30 mins. by car, 60 mins. by public transport (bus), 25 mins. by train (with a 12 mins. walk to the station).

To Potsdam it takes you 30 mins. by car or bus or 40 mins. by train.

You can reach the “Spreewald” one of Brandenburg`s most famous national parks e.g. by car in 90 mins., by train 80 mins.

Further on we arrange all kinds of sightseeing tours to and in Berlin and Potsdam and/or tourist guides. We have a ticket service for all the cultural and sport events all over the region for cruises on the lakes and rivers incl. the famous “Filmpark Babelsberg” (Defa).
