Beskrivning: The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand.

It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool (open from April to September) with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs.

An outdoor bar (with music) by the pool is open daily from 18.30 and is accessible to the general public.

The residence includes a restaurant and bar with lake-view terrace.

The restaurant and bar are open from April to September. All the apartments feature satellite TV, heating and a safe. In addition to this, there is: a living room with pull-out beds for 2 persons; kitchen; terrace; a separate bedroom for 2 persons; shower/WC; and air conditioning.

Rates include: water; electricity; gas; heating; bathroom and bed linen; satellite TV; pool access.

Additional mandatory cleaning charge of 30 euros per apartment per stay.

Free internet connection is possible with your computer or laptop.

Important Information: the road in front of the residence is closed because of a market every Friday from 07:00 – 14:00.

In July and August, every Tuesday, the road is also closed because of the evening market, with live music, from 17:00 – 24:00.

For Friday departures there is parking near the residence.

Use of the air conditioning is not included in the price.

The Restaurant, Bar and outdoor swimming pool are not available from October to March.
