Jacks Hostel Vienna - Vandrarhem i Wien, Österrike

Mitt namn namn är Jack. Välkommen till mitt vandrarhem!

Efter att ha rest runt i Europa och resten av världen så bestämde jag mig för att starta mitt eget vandrarhem. Jacks Hostel är ett litet vandrarhem som ligger nära Wiens centrum med direkt kontakt med tunnelbanestationen Thaliastrasse. Det är bara 15 minuter till de mest spännande platserna i Österikes huvudstad med allmänna transportmedel. Jag har ett stort kök, ett trevligt allrum med mysiga sovsalar med 2-12 bäddar. Du kan få frukost varje morgon, använda Internet gratis och vår personal berättar gärna om vilka ställen att besöka i Wien.

A FEW IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

Check-In:

You can check in from 1pm every day.

If you arrive earlier than 1 pm you can leave your bags in the luggage room for free.

Check-Out:

Latest check-out-time is 11am.

But if you leave Vienna later that day you can also leave your bags in the luggage room for free.

Cancellation period:

Booking can be cancelled for free till 48 hours at 6:00 pm (hostel time) before the arrival day. In case of late cancellation 100% of the cost for the first night will be charged.

Reception times:

I have a small hostel. So the reception times are from 7.30 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you will arrive outside the reception times you will get the security code for the door that is valid on the day of your arrival per mail. Check-In procedure will be done the next morning.

For New Years Eve there are special payment and cancellation terms and there is a minimum stay of 4 nights:

You pay until 4 weeks prior to arrival date 75% of the agreed total price.

That means 4 weeks before arrival 75 % of the total price need to be charged on the credit card.

Cancellation terms:

If you do not cancel 3 days prior to arrival we have to claim the missing 25% of the total price.
