Check-in before 19.30

Check-in after 19.30 are not free of charge. A payment of Eur 35 is required if checking in between 19.30 and 23.30,after 23.30 Eur 70.

Cancellation Policy: when cancelling 21 days prior arrival a payment of the 20% of the balance will be required;when cancelling 14 days prior arrival a payment of 50% of the balance will be required;when cancelling less than 7 days prior arrival a fully payment of the balance will be required.

When check in one of our apartment you will be required to comunicate you credit card details as security deposit.
